It seems that all he ever does is sit and read and take the occasional reading glasses off when someones talking to him.

Is there anything left for his character to do?

I read somewhere that Ken and Deirdrie are going to split up and he gets close to his ex, I think Denise who he had the little boy, ( I think he's called Danie)l with.

How about ken losing his bus pass one day, and we have a whodunnit situation on the street...

He can sit there patronising everyone in a 'Geoffrey scolding Zippy tone', as I observed last night.

Saying that, if they every took Ken away I would feel there is a hole in Corrie.

funny enough, I like ken, he may not do much but his step daughter is always getting into bother so that kind of involves ken and deidre as they have to pick up the pieces after her, so I like seeing ken do his bit even if its not much

The same would apply to eileen then. She seems to only get involved when those around her have their own storylines. Yet, i feel eileen has more potential and ability than ken. Let him act off those around him, but give eileen her own stories.

Just for the info Tracy whilst really being his step daughter is actually classed as his daughter because Ken adopted her years ago.

Just thought you'd like to know that.

Realise that women have been running his life for too long and finally snap, have a breakdown and become a violent killer, the like soap has never seen before.

I'd like to see Ken just stand up one day and shout 'RIGHT ALL OF YOU OUT OF MY BLOODY HOUSE NOW!!!!'

then throw everything on the street behind them including his wife and his mother in law's big glasses, then calmly sit down and read the paper.
