yeah it makes a change from Roys or the hardly ever seen chippy, and they have a little table so they can sit while they eat

Uncle Albert died while visiting his daughter. The actor was about to return to the show at the age of 88 when he died in real life, so they made up a cover story of him dying whilst away on a visit.
God, William Roache is 75!! on April 25th....the same age Jack Howarth (Uncle Albert) was in 1971! How much older did Uncle Albert seem....
