Advice please..
i am having a complete nightmare with 3 mobile,how do i stand legally if i cancel my DD to them until it's resolved?
Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks |

Only a lawyer can give you legal advice.
In my experience witholding payment can cause more problems. I would escalate the complaint, if you get no joy you can always use consumer direct, citizens advice, trading standards or contact Ofcom. If the matter is at all complex then don't make the mistake of trying to sort it by phone. Always, always write a letter sent recorded delivery and hold on to the receipt. |

If you cancel your DD you are breaking the terms and conditions and they could demand full payment up front. Not a good idea I am afraid.
