Help!

I've just bought a Nokia 6822 PAYG (very cheap in Argos!)on the Orange network.

I've just put my Orange Sim card from my old mobile in there and it's come up with 'selected usage' or something.

Also, none of my photos or tunes are on the phone.

Can anyone help me? I am really thick when it comes to phones!

not seen that message before.
is your sim working ok in other phones?
if so
you may need to get the settings sent to your phone.
go here to do it for free.
http://www.nokia.com/phonesettings
select the step 1 (std settings) and follow the instructions.

the photos and tunes do not go on sim but are stored on phone (or mem card if it has one) so they will still be in your previous phone.
