The Sun
"The Poshbournes".

There have been many comments in this forum about the money that Tara has, but I wonder which family is the richest, the Osbournes or the Palmer-Tomkinsons?

As Harry Hill might say... There's only one way to find out.... FIIIIIIIGHT!!!

BTW is anyone going to make the obvious joke about her brother being "a bit of a banker"??

I notice that it said Tara's dad 'is still being wooed by telly bosses'. Hopefully he will have the sense to play the heavy-handed head of the family and put his foot down with a firm 'no'. We are all aware of 'careful editing', and though I loved the brief interviews on CFA I think the family could come across as quite 'hoity-toity' (for want of a better description) and appear to be unaware of what the majority of us would call 'the real world'. Not because they are, it's simply down to the way they were brought up, their lifestyle, and the people they mix with.
An uncle of mine by marriage eventually became a director of a company, and when I go to social events such as weddings of their sons, 'big 0' birthdays, special wedding anniversaries, to which they have invited friends they have met through his job, the manner of speaking and conversations between these friends are on a totally different level to conversations between me and my friends. Not because the friends are snobby - one made a 'toilet humour' joke at the lunch table for which he got into real trouble with his wife! - but simply because the job demands a certain lifestyle and awareness of world affairs which is definitely one step removed from me with my supermarket checkout job.

Don't know about that: Tara can probably twist him round her little finger (by fair means or foul). I can imagine the conversation now . . . "but Daddy, Reality TV is all that I can do."
