Just got a new DVDR7260.

Ive set it up as per the manual page 22 for Sky and VCR using EXT2.

Can anyone tell me how I can record from one source (either EXT2 or the built in digital tuner) and watch something else on the other source?

I don't think you can.

On the older HDRW720, you can record from the internal tuner and press TV/HDD to switch to the external receiver (effectively bypasses EXT2 through to EXT1) whilst the recording carries on.

Will that work for your 7260?
