Sanyo PLC-SU31 Projector

I have just bought a Sanyo PLC-SU31 Projector off ebay, its great for my XBOX 360 and Wii, but the problem I have is this, there was no remote control.

So could anybody tell me-

1. Where I can a remote from cheap!!!!!!!!
and
2. Is there anyway I can turn on the buttons on top of the projector because the locked.

I hope somebody can help me, many thanks.
