(i need to find the information from when i bought it)

I bought a D500 from dial a phone in november last year on payasyougo..

since then there is been some problems. Its fine mainly but the main thing is.. Under the screen.. You can see some dust bits. I is not used in places where it would get blown all over with dust.

Do they offer any warranty that would cover this? I think the phone is fairly crap quality for what i paid and expected.

I had a D500 before and it lasted over 2 years fine and the only reason for a new one is my old one was getting a little bit warn.
