Her closing gambit to fired Andy; 'Look, don't take this the wrong way...' (you know whenever anyone says this, they're about to say something deeply offensive)

'... but it's just as well you got fired this week, as you'd have got fired in the first few weeks anyway.'

What an, unnecessary comment from an unpleasant, arrogant pig. God, l hate her.

Ruth was right in what she said to Andy. Mark agreed with her also.

There was absolutely no need to put the boot in. She's an arrogant pig.

And I still don't see how the future can be predicted.

True because he only sells cars for a living. If it was Gerry that gone this week, he would have still gone within the next two weeks. Ruth was right in the end.

Well, if he was a weak manager, Sugar even said himself he had no future. To me, he stood out as the weakest link by a MILE.

Lay off the Badger bashing. She was brilliant on 'You're Fired'. Everything she said was spot-on. The woman is a legend...

She was there to give her assessment of the fired candidate, so she had EVERY right to say what she thought. She said quite a few postive things about him as a person...

and the future can be predicted when it is clear someone doesn't have the skills to do a job they have applied for. That's the whole point of the job selection process, to weed out the weaker candidates.

She doesn't like Tre as much as Jadine though for some reason. Maybe he reminds her of Syed but Jadine leaves a lot to be desired with her approach to the task.

Ruth Badger was robbed off winning Series 2 of The Apprentice . Why because she did brillant on some of the tasks near to the end of series. She did will in the car selling task.

Her analysis of Andy's chances was very accurate IMO. I don't think she was trying to be unkind, but she was asked her opinion and everyone who enters The Apprentice is inviting the nation (as well as Alan Sugar) to judge their performance. I do think the right person went, because in my view Andy wasn't tough enough to win. The two women made bad mistakes but seem more likely to turn the situation round and progress further in future rounds – some of the best candidates have had extremely wobbly early rounds. Andy allowed himself to be set up as leader, despite clearly not wanting it, by more manipulative game players. This, unfortunately for him, made it abundantly clear that he wasn't going to be able to assert himself strongly enough to win the competition.

I don't like her but I think her comments were accurate.

Also liked the comment where Sir Alan says he had the sort of face that only a mother could love (mind you Sir Alan looks a bit grubby in the face himself).

The truth often hurts.

He just wasn't going to cut the mustard.

And what was that nonsense about "oh please change your mind Sir Alan I'll try 110%".

I wonder if he was told to say that, if he said it himself he is a real wimp

To be honest when Andy started that nonsense at the start about wanting to be and then not wanting to be team lead, I got a bad feeling about him.

He was trying to be clever and manipulative but he didn't have the conviction to go through with it. I just think he's quite weak, and I agree with what Ruth said. He's a nice guy but not up to the challenge.

I hope Ruth's on every week, she was the only expert who can claim to know what's she's talking about.

The woman from Coffee Republic and the bloke from Heat were dire.

I totally agree. The coffee woman was kind of cute but this isn't a cute kind of show.I have no idea why an editor of a trash magazine was even there.Ruth was the only one with a clue,as she had been there herself, and probably knows more than most how Sir Alan thinks.

Quite honestly, every time I see her on tv I immediately think...."she's the one who won The Apprentice".I always have to remind myself that it was in fact the hot looking size zero blonde with absolute zero credentials.......

Like Saira from series 1, the media world and producers love her and fair enough they can be entertaining and provide the odd sound bite, but in reality they are both a pain in the kisser.

Big bag of wind who believes her own hype. If you're that great Badger get off your ample backside and go and make your fortune in the real business world.
