I rather liked her at first, but then when the challenge started, I saw what a rude, obnoxious person she was.

There was a point where she was having a right go at him for talking over her and he was just stood there quietly waiting for her to finish, she said "You're still doing it" but he wasn't saying a thing. It reminded me of Big Brother where contestants just accuse somebody of bullying them when they're not at all and the viewer immediately assumes that they must be being bullied if somebody claims that they are. To me, most of the time it just seems like a passive agressive trick that reality contestants try to pull on each other. Just accuse somebody of bullying you to get them into trouble. Only in this case the accusation was that Tre was constantly talking over her, but most of the time he wasn't. Most of the time it was Jadine talking over everybody else with them just stood there quietly wondering who the hell this person thinks she is. You're not a good leader by shouting you're the leader and everybody should listen to you. She reminded me of Saira's projectleadership in the very first episode of series 1. What utter chaos she created just by keeping on shouting: I AM YOUR LEADER, JUST DO AS I TELL YOU. |

Sir Alan was quick to remark to her not to let her team down even before she knew whether they had won or not.
It was a sign of weakness, imo. |

hopelessly inept - she was rude, belligerent and the dance/song combo was just embarrassing
she'll go in week 3 I reckon can't see a winner yet, I really can't believe these are the biggest business brains in Britain... ...but they are not, as anyone that good would have been snapped up by now it strikes me that all of these people are wannabes - just listen to the way they speak - all bullsh**

I quite like her and I hope she does well.
I have noticed though that the ones they focus on early in the series tend to be the ones that are gone by midway. It's usually the ones they keep in the background who come through in the middle episodes - and I guess it's a producer's trick to keep the drama unfolding. |

What I didn't about her was that almost every one of her decisions was wrong, down to buying the wrong kind of coffee. What I liked is that she did her best to deal with these misfortunes without losing her head. Also, she did take control of purchasing, where Andy delegated it to Sophie (who ignored instructions and got it wrong). She did try to do something about the poor performance at the fixed stall, where Andy didn't really sort out his van. Had she been in charge of the girls team, it's quite possible they'd have won. Had her team lost, I suspect she wouldn't have been fired because she was at least actively managing. |

As for Jadine, she comes across as a complete control freak, passive aggressive and insecure. Like many have said, she feels the way to manage is by acting like a crazed shouting fool! |

Jadine is a feminist girl power inept loud mouth. Sorry for being rude but there's no point in beating around the bush, if I was Tre who incidently was selling coffee I would have reacted far worse to her child like business decisions !

Hopeless. Didn't listen and made some truly stupid decisions - a fatal combination of no ears and too little brain.

She was rude, obnoxious and didn't have a clue. It was only the fact that Andy was even worse that saved her! I didn't like her one bit, and the song was excruciating!

Don't forget Andy didn't fail on sales he failed on the stock, too much stock which had to be knocked out for buttons.
The lady's chopped him off at the knees effectively. I rather like Tre, then again he's a bit like me swears a lot and on a hair trigger at times. Jadine's 'over' management paid off in this task, where as Andy trusted the girls and they done for him. Quantum Physics lady reminds me of Alexa from last year, I predict a wishy washy leader and lots of headless chicken activity when her time comes. |

Jadine can stay as long as she says "Bisthcuiths" again and again. It has me in stitches! (I know I shouldn't mock the afflicted, but it was hilarious!)
She was full of bull from the start. When the girlies had their team meeting to discuss the name of their uh...team. (Sthleath!) (Sorry...) Was was giving it the "We're all a team, we're not against each other" blah, blah...she'd feed them poison as soon as look at them given half a chance. She will be found out, very soon. |

Also her singing ![]() When she started singing, all I could think about was David Brent. Sorry! |

She is a horrible vile woman. If she had gone to hug me like that poor woman in the office, I would have run off screaming in the opposite direction.

I can see Jadine doing well if she is lucky like the first week. If her team had lost all her decisions would have been the cause. Breaking up a wining team, dragging people back for god knows what when they were selling! She left herself wide open and was very luck the other team cocked up big time. She get on with the job there is no movement from what she considers the right course of action.

And as for being holding it against Jardine that she was sectioned, let's not forget that George Bush is currently on step 12 of a very well known program.....

Apparently the office workers offered them a ton of money if they did a song and dance. I have to wonder if they twigged what was going on and decided to have a bit of fun with the candidates.
The basic idea of going around offices seemed to be something Jadine's team did that Andy's didn't. |
