Hi,

I have never used VOIP, but I have webhosting and Domain registed in America (as well as other hardware, with the Contact Centres based in the USA)

I have been emailing these companies for tech support, but the turn around time is normally 24hrs......so I was thinking that I should probably use VOIP.

1. Is it possible to phone a CC in the USA with VOIP?
2. Which VOIP application is the best for this - free preferred.

Any options or suggestions that can help are welcome

I have successfully used Freecall.com to call the USA (MLB.TV Contact Centre)

Also, Not VOIP, I have previously used several of the call forwarding services that involve calling a UK mobile or 0845 number without any problems.
