Very odd this, I lost the record list including repeats overnight 28th into the 29th March. Nothing in the logs to suggest anything different happened. I recall over previous BST/GMT changes, the record list items were an hour out but this time they were fine - so I wondered if they sent a command out to clear the list after getting lots of calls about it?

Seems there's a new process that ran around 1.30 after the clocks changed which updated the time, TOTUpdate or something. Looks to have also corrected the stuff set to record as it all worked fine after the change to BST.

Did anyone else lose their programmed events and repeats for thursday morning?

No problems here. No after effects with timers at all. It doesn't sound like a friendly thing to do without user approval, so maybe it was an unintentional side effect of something else. Sounds more like a factory reset.

Is it even possible for Thomson to issue such commands anyway?

There seems to have been a problem on the night of the 28th/29th. My Calendar is showing high-lighted dates of the 28th March to 10th April. However, I can only select from the present day onwards.

It would appear there have been no EPG updates since the early hours of the 28th. I don't have logging enabled, but will set it this evening after a mains cycle.

I would appreciate feedback from others to confirm that this is a widespread problem!

Now you mention it, yes my calendar is only showing 28th March to 10th April and I can only select current and future dates. I'm on Crystal Palace TX. I had logging on and didn't notice anything failing in there though like a clown I've just cleared the logs so have nothing to go look at now ...

FYI 3am came and went without the box forcing itself into standby for the |EPG download Hopefully the message I found in the log the other day about a new download on the 2nd April at 3am will kick it into life. I'll check my parents box later on today and see if it's the same.

I did the power cycle reset yesterday and last night's EPG download was successful. I now have the Calendar showing April 1 to 14.

My Thomson is on Crystal Palace too.
