Contacting the Data Controller
Hello,
I requested a call recording from e2save and sent a letter to the data controller in London, 1 portal Way about a month ago and still havent heard anything. Anyone know a contact number I can use? |

I may be being stupid, but that makes no sense to me. Are you trying to contact e2save? Have you tried their website?

^No and yes.
The data controller is a person (or a company I think) that keeps personal records about you. So when you ring carphone warehouse or e2save etc and it says 'calls may be recorded' these calls are recorded and are passed onto the data controller, which is another part of the company. Hmm, I guess I could try contacting e2save about this. |
