As I looked on the 'Do you have to be a bitch' theard, I just I could see a lady replacing Sir Alan if he ever quits.

Depends if she keeps it real.

If she acts like a muppet, then yes, she will be a bitch.

If she goes after people because they did a bad job, and not just because she wants to show she has power, then she'll be fine.

My gut instinct is she would be a bitch though, LOL

Any woman with power is considered to be a bitch whether she is or not. so if a woman replaces Sir A she will be perceived to be a bitch regardless.

Anyone like the idea of Michelle Mone having a chance to replace Sir Alan?

The is a bit of a broad generalisation. I work in a multinational company where there are quite a few women in the Senior Management. Some are viewed as actually being very good and some are viewed as being bitches. Much the same as the men in the Senior Management roles - albeit without the "bitch" moniker, but the sentiment's the same.

She would definately be branded a "bitch".. unless it was blatantly obvious she was taking the piss.
OK Then!!!
