Windows Media Centre
I have just recorded about 2 minutes of highlights, showing the weekend goals. I can play it back and there is the option to burn it to dvd. The big problem is that I can't find out where on earth it has stored the file. There aren't even any folders to show that the media centre exists and it certainly hasn't stored the recording in My Videos. What if I want to make a compilation of different clips? Surely I don't have to burn every single one to a dvd and then transfer it back to the folder of my choice?

I've just found out where it stores the files, but Windows own Movie Maker doesn't support the file type that it is created in. This was supposed to be just a quick trial run for future reference, but it seems to be far more difficult than I was expecting. It seems very strange that the most recent Windows media tools are incompatible with each other.
