Good Old o2 NOT

So back in december i requested the online 50 at the start of the month which costs £50 per month. Later in the month on the 19th i decide that i no longer want the online 50 so move to the online 35. Not a problem as my billing date is the second of every month,

Since then ive had a pac code, moved contract to orange as of the 20th March.

Now i've had my bill which i thought would be my final and guess what o2 still havent got my on the right service plan and they havent cancelled my contract either.

So £60's later i am due in refunds and i am still waiting for my contract with them to be cancelled. I am so glad that i have now moved off them they are terrible.

And the best bit which is even worse than the wrong service plan mess ups on their part. They didnt even know that my number had moved over from o2 as of the 20th March to my new Orange contract.

A totally useless company, and i've been with them for 4 or 5 years now. Never again.

That's one of the most confused posts I've seen in a long time. I'm not sure what you are saying. You do realise that your O2 contract doesn't end until you pay the final bill? (even if you have ported out) How did you manage to port over if you owed them money strethching back to last year?
