Sony Bravia 32V2500 too red?
I have fiddled with all the settings on this TV and, to me, skin tones seem to be generally a little too red. Is this intentional at any stage e.g. in broadcast or in the TV itself? The source I am looking at is Sky HD.

There are plenty of adjustments on the TV, try altering the colour temperature and the Hue.

There are indeed plenty of adjustments!
I tried 'Colour' and also 'Colour Temperature' but was still unable to reduce the red effect. 'Hue' is not available in the mode I am using, (as shown in this article http://www.dvdtimes.co.uk/content.php?contentid=61818). BTW I see that the article also mentions a slight redness. Anyone know how to get to the 'hidden service menu'? Had a quick Scroogle, does I+, 5, Vol+, Power work with this model? Last edited by DarkPhire : 02-04-2007 at 15:17. |

I don't know about brand new, but it is fairly recent. It is similar to the 32V2000 in spec, (not identical). It is noticeably slimmer though at 10cm.
I tried the remote sequence above and it does work with this set. |
