Progressive scanning on LCDs
I've seen an LCD TV that has got progressive scanning.
Does progressive scanning produce better TV pictures e.g make LCD picture quality as good as a CRT? |

All LCDs use progressive scanning to display the picture; LCDs cannot display interlaced video natively.
Whether this makes things better or worse than a CRT depends to some extent on the quality of the deinterlacing in the TV. |
