Sorry all, I've been away from the old keyboard for a day or two so missed out on all the numerical jiggery-pokery that's been going on. But for those who like a bit of OP mastery, I'm going to endorse all the refereeing decisions taken in my name in the meantime, so a gold star each to The Slug and Des leader for your stirling efforts to maintain order in the universe.
I'm astonished that the Cybermen have crashed out since I last looked, but it is probably a good omen that the new series has already provided an alien popular enough to rival the Daleks, on here at least.
In a few weeks I'll have a relaunch with maybe the top five from this thread plus all the new series aliens so far...so look out for a new bump in a few weeks with the Carrionites, the Face of Boe, Father Dougal in a catsuit and whatever it is in the sewers...but still, on with the show:

No votes for nearly two days, I agree that it's time for round 3. My suggestion this time is that it becomes an all-out war of elimination. No points can be added, you just have 2 points to take away from the worst villain(s), ie 2 points away from one villain, or 1 point each from two of them.
