AGHH STUPID STUPID PHONE!

It seemingly crashed overnight, meaning my alarms didn't go off this morning! I woke up at 9.52 and was meant to be at work at 9.30! How can i trust this phone now if its gonna do things like that?

Does anybody know what the right size for wallpaper is? Every image I try is either squashed or stretched.

Had a similar issue yesterday. My 9500 gave out an audible alarm on the silent profile, not so the N95

Isn't the whole point of silent that it doesn't make any noise?

Just installed CoPilot for the Nokia N95 (now available) and it's excellent, a lot better than the Maps app and the GPS lock seems a lot quicker.

Does it work with the inbuilt GPS?

Sometimes you don't want the phone to ring overnight but you want to be woken when it's time to get up for work...

My 9500 did that perfectly.

I just have a seperate profile set up how i like it.

As i see it, the whole point of silent is that it doesn't make a noise!

How much did you pay for it?

Amazon has it for £100

Ive had mine about 6 weeks and up til today thought it was great.

Yeah I bought it from Amazon for £100 but there are other sites now offering it for around £75 including delivery. It comes with the UK and Ireland maps (and also a car holder and suction handle thing which I had already bought!!)

I use the alarm on my N95 to wake me up every morning, and it's usually on silent mode if I've been working the day before.
Never had a problem.

Just had mine delivered today, £30 upgrade fee, 12 month contact - £30 for 125 anytime/network minutes and 500 texts. Also slung in a car charger, a memory card and a memory card adaptor thing.

Totally stupid question I know but the bird at Vodafone was no help what-so-ever....

If I connect my n95 to the net using my home wifi (virgin media), will I be charged by anyone? CSR said yes and my bro called me a moron when I asked him so I'm still a bit clueless.

You should check the "Settings" inside each application (Browser, Maps, etc) to make sure that your default Access Point is set to your WiFi.

Once you've done that, you can turn off "Broadcast SSID" in your WiFi router for extra security.

Can anyone confirm they have got youtube.com working on their N95 yet?

Im thinking of upgrading, and this would be a massive plus point of the phone if its possible.

Notice it's now available through Video downloads on the phone - You Tube beta, I can't use it though as my flex'n'walk package does not include video streaming so I can't say for sure?
