My contact notes:

Before trying to use GPS, or if you're having problems with the GPS, open the "GPS Data" application, select "Position", then press "Options" and choose "Satellite Status" to view your signal. In "Satellite Status", clear bars are visible satellites, but are not locked on yet; dark bars are satellites that have been locked onto. To get the GPS position fastest, place the N95 on a stable surface with the keypad slid open. You can watch the Satellite status, but try not to move the N95 around when you are trying to get the GPS position.
However, on Nokia-N95.net, there is anecdotal evidence that it locks better if you are moving...

I'm being charged £7.50 for 1 or 3??? gig allowance PM. Compare this to £2.50 per meg from vodafone on my old contract.

It can read barcodes too? Bloody hell, what can't this phone do.

I'm looking to get one, I was going to go and get it unlocked and use my pay and go SIM, but would like to use the internet on it so I'm looking into contract options.

I'm tempted by T-mobile, what with unlimited net access seemingly included in the tarriff.

Has anyone managed to get one of these unlocked yet? would like to use my o2 sim till the contract runs out but orange say its a no no even if i pay for the code.

Also does anyone have the problem that the phone likes to reboot itself when you try to use the web browser or send multimedia messages? I am suspecting the orange branded firmware to be causing problems.

Is it available on Orange ? I phoned them today to cancel my contract but they asked me to stay and said that there would be some new free phones out soon , so keeping my fingers crossed

Can't fault the 3.5G HSDPA technology, web pages load very very quickly, only slightly slower than using my 10meg router.

The ability to view the whole web page and then zoom in is fantastic, compared to the N70 it's light years ahead.

Here's screenshot I just took.

Shame about the battery life

Will the N95 take a 2GB MicroSD card ? I know when I bought an SLVR, it was only advertised as being able to take a 512MB MicroSD.
