Being a "product designer" is a bit dodgy as you might not have expertise/ideas in every field. Not sure how you could be a general product designer...

Tre is being too destructive - in small groups (2-4) it would be ok, but when you have large groups you can't be as forceful with your opinions as he is being. The women have managed to bond together because everyone is working as a team; the boys aren't and I believe that is mainly down to Tre creating divides.
