Semiphore, Like texting for Kids, you know because Kids can't use a mobile? She was great lol. I think last night only Tre was in the right. The way he spoke to his manager may not have been right, but the way Rory was "managing" wasn't right either so if he had been doing his job properly, he wouldn't have been spoken to the way he was. Tre will go far. I don't think the old people like him, but then again, they aren't multi millionaires, and I think Sir Alan does see something in him |

Lindsay hadn't wanted to use the Battling Robots idea because it cost too much. She thought the budget was stricter than it turned out to be.
Rory couldn't use the dog-blanket idea because they came out of the focus group too late. Also, it's not very original, and who'd pay £29.95 for a blanket? I think Tre is being edited to look worse than he is. They're taking all his annoying moments over the two-day task and condensing them into the one-hour programme, because he makes a good pantomime villain. And I agree with mouthalmighty that Sir Alan will keep Tre on as a test for the other candidates. Rory would have seemed a better manager if Tre hadn't been there. |

The Tre is a legend.
He should be awarded with an MBE for showing up Trory. |

Except the punters that they talked to at the muti chain store and the focus group all said that they'd buy that blanket.
The first person to pour scorn on that idea was Tre because lots of products like it were on the Internet, but there wasn't anything like it in the chain store and that was their main market. They might well have won with that idea. Tre is not going to be The Apprentice because he's unmanageable. |

The Apprentice, imo, is not meant for us to bond with anyone. |

Maybe Tre will be Project leader next time and we see if he can walk the walk |

They might well have won with that idea. Tre is not going to be The Apprentice because he's unmanageable. Tre is not only unmanageable, but he's not a team player and could only ever work alone. The programme needs to keep an eye on him because he winds people up so much, I seriously think that someone will have a pop at him if he carries on in his current vein. There's good TV and there's good TV - this makes uncomfortable (if compulsive) viewing for me because Tre is so clearly unaware of his own shortcomings - it's almost like we've gone beyond the aim of the show, and we are looking at someone taking themselves apart in front of millions, and it's not a pretty sight. I bet Tre never had a good friend in his life (he would never be able to 'let anyone in', past all the bluster), his behaviour smacks of extreme attention-seeking, so much so that he may even need help for it one day imho. I repeat - the programme needs to keep an eye on him for his own good (and all the others too - there are some really topsy-turvy dynamics going on here as a result of his presence in the group). |

Tre is a loose canon, and love him or loathe him (I loathe him) he is the main talking part of the show so far.
The Beeb will ensure SAS keeps him in for a bit until some more characters emerge. Like Jo last series, we all know she wasn't going to win but she made good TV so she stayed for a bit longer. The right people went on Wednesday night, Rorywas awful and Ifti resigned as much as he was fired. BUt Tre is already being watched and that is not a good place to be in week 2...he'll be out by week 6. |

Rory did exactly the same, ignoring all the other team members input. Price never came into it. Anyway, if a waterproof/protective polythene sheet can sell at a builders merchants for £16, £30 is a bargain for a blanket that keeps hairs/fleas/tapeworms/odours/saliva/phlegm and incontinence off the couch. |

Yes Tre is annoying and aggressive but one quality I admire of his is that he is a 'what you see is what you get' type character. Unlike the other contestants who were slagging Tre off at the end of the show and as soon as he went back to the house after the boardroom the girls were all over him hugging and kissing !

Jo had a spark that few of the others had, and that's what kept her in the game.

Her big mistake, in my view, was to dither. She should have made the decision on the morning of the second day at the latest, rather then 3 minutes before the final presentation. In effect half her resources on the second day were wasted, with half the team working on a presentation that wasn't used. If she hadn't dithered, they'd still have lost but she probably wouldn't have been fired. Quote:

We didn't see why he rejected the blanket - but we did see Tre criticise the idea so he may have listened to Tre. He let Simon take it to the focus group. I think if he had got the results of the focus group in time, he would have gone for the blanket. The focus group was the first real objective indication that it was a good idea - but the results came in after they had had to buy the materials for the prototype. Both Rory and Lindsay ignored their focus groups, but they both had valid reasons. |

Oh yes she did, you must have missed the 'new rules' section in that episode. Quote:

They must have edited the coffee task to show Jadine trying to shut up an unusually silent Tre!

I think Tre might be learning - but it doesn't make me like him any better! I was surprised at the firing (and so was she I think!) but then I often am. I still think Sir A will be gunning for Tre next time their team loses - his project leadership was pretty woeful this week, although I thought the task was a difficult one. (The OH thought that the girls could earn a fortune doing Divine Brown impersonations on Richmond High Street, but I don't really think that was in keeping with the aims of the programme, lol lol!!
)Tre needs to be very careful from now on, if he wants to stay in the programme - they're watching him! |

I think and hope that Tre is smart enough. He actually did OK as team leader, but got too stuck into the hands-on gardening and trusted Katie to plan the evening task. There are worse faults. Although he vented when off the phone he was reasonable when on it, despite some provocation.

When Tre wasnt project leader, he was quick to pipe up and spout off, but when he was the main man, he hated it when others acted as he did

I was warming a bit more to Tre last week, but this week he's gone right back in my estimation. What with all that crap about refusing to hang pictures with bits of naked body showing (OK, you can say it's his culture - well, if you don't like what you might be faced with, you shouldn't be there - numpty!), and his incredibly bitchy comments behind the girls' backs, implying that they were stupid - he's the bad boy again. He's not even very interesting to watch now - I think the programme have got a bit bored with him and are cutting out lots of his bits. And I do hate it when he's in the winning team - he's SUCH a gloater! (If I'd been that masseuse, I'd have shoved that bottle of massage oil right up his jacksey - he deserves it!!) Nasty, horrid man. Nasty, nasty!!

Tre gets worse!!!
Tre is getting worse every week - last week it was his attitude to women, and this week it's his attitude to the French, I was totally appalled by his comments. His parents must have come here as immigrants at one time, how would he have liked it if people had called them "bloody Pakis", as he was calling the French "f*cking Frogs" - I could hardly believe my ears?! He must be stupid if he doesn't realise how this comes across to viewers, but he seems blissfully unaware of it. The whole time he was selling, you could see the contempt for his customers in his face. It's just SO bloody annoying that he keeps ending up in the winning team - but I'm sure his time will come, it has to!!!
