ITV2 + 1 - No listings on DHD4000 EPG
Nailz

I did a rescan 2 weeks ago and ITV Play renamed to ITV2+1 on the EPG however it never displays the programmes. I know it's only a +1 but when surfing channels it's nice to know what is on at a glance.

Anyone else got this problem ?

I would imagine everyone who has a DHD4000 has the problem.

4TV Interactive who provide the 14-day EPG are terrible at updating listings when new channels start or replace old channels. BBC Parliament's listings are currently on 305 rather than the channel itself since they went full-screen.

Apparently 4TV's email address doesn't work, or at least they don't respond to it.

You could try emailing ITV in the hope that they might put some pressure on 4TV to get it sorted, although you'd need to explain carefully that you're using the 4TV EPG rather than the standard Freeview 7-day one, or they'll probably just send you back a standard reply telling you to re-boot your box.

Thanks for that. I'll probably wait and see what happens.
Just wanted to see if it was only me who couldn't see it !

There is a snailmail address on the web site to which they do respond.

Quite quick for 4TV really.

I don't suppose BBC Parliament's listings are on BBC Parliament yet? (I'd check myself but I'm at work)

To answer my own question having checked last night, no they're not. Quelle surprise.
