That's really quite poor. Lots of people enjoy the free browsing on Live! but it appears not for long.

what free browsing on live?

Vodafone customers for the last year or so were not charged for browsing as long as they stayed within Vodafone Live!.

BoBaDoB, please enlighten me to the facts about the charges Vodafone are introducing for Vodafone Live? I would like to know the facts before leaving the best network for the sake of a few quid per month, not a big user of live.

see vodafone website link

Browsing live! pages will still be free, but internet usage will not be taken out of any extra packs you may have.

E.g. I have a 250 free texts or 12MB of internet pack*, which means I can check e-mail, surf web etc which shows up as £0.00 on my bill.

After June 1st I will be charged for this, so they have moved the goalposts in my case. My 18 month contract is up in June anyway, so I'll be walking. This moving of goalposts has strengthened my decision to leave.

* it was a special offer at the time I took out my contract. It used to include MMS too until they gave that the chop.
