I'm trying to change my address, I phoned lastnight got the usual "We'll answer your call shortly" this went on for 40 min then it clicked and cut me off

Same thing has happened just now, waited 40mins then they cut you off!!

What a rubbish company, anyone else had any dealings??

It's cheaper to fly to India and pay them a visit.

In the (not so) long run, it's cheaper to go elsewhere.

can't you log in on the website and change your address? other than that, the best bet is to write them a letter and send it by recorded delivery

Well I haven't been able to do so for a week now! They barred outgoing calls having said that a bill had not been paid (it had) and all despite calling them 3 or 4 times a day and all kinds of reassurance from Customer Services (typical waiting time 45 mins) I still cannot dial out or retrieve Voicemail. I'm on the package where calls to landlines are included anytime of the day/night/weekends so I'm having to make all my calls with my mobile - dreading that bill. Different excuses from different advisors. All a bit crap really.

Try 0800 049 0498 or 0800 049 1010 from a phone box or friends / families landline. Saves paying.

Also: 01925 554 949 - normal geo number.
