What kind of user are you? Light, or major? and is it texts or talk?

I am a heavy user, around 200 texts a month, and about 10 hours on the phone.

Now that its been proven in sweeden that Mobile phones cause brain cancer, do you care?Does not seem to effect me that much, since i have spent over 500 hours of my life so far chatting on a mobile, if i have got it, i will have got it by now, 500 hours is a lot.

Just a light user myself, tend to use text messaging more than phone calls.

I do care about brain cancer reports but as I do not use my 'phone all the time I am not worried about it. Mobile 'phones are a relatively new piece of technology and I don't believe we will know if it's usage has adverse effects on our health for a number of years yet.

I probably text once in a blue moon. I receive calls more than anything else. I make my money go a VERY long way

I'd be interested to read about it. My girlf wont sleep with the phone near the bed (I use it for an alarm clock) and I assumed it would be safe since its just sat there and not being used for a call.
To be honest if its been prooved then it would bother me. However we are very much a society where people rely on mobiles and text messaging has never been so popular so I think it wont be easy to cut down or stop using it.

I do not have a link, my mother read it in last weeks Sunday Times. I do not read the newspaper, but she went nutz at me, saying CUT DOWN, blah blah blah, it was in the paper today blah blah.

Well as long as you don't use a mobile phone in Sweden then your ok!
