anyone have a spare one from say broken device, or know where i can get one, dont see on goodmans/maplins/ebay sites or amazon.

so need help here from members or visitors, you can pm me.

It's not a 3.5mm jack plug (with 4 conductors) to a bunch of phono plugs is it? They're really hard to get hold of. You could try making your own (the bits are available at Maplin).

Try this number - 0871 230 0790. I was looking for a firmware upgrade for the unit (to stop the sync problems....) and the 'helpdesk' suggested I call the pares dept. They have the leads (they offered me one!)
Anyone been able to track down the legendary v1.2 of the firmware? There's a reviewer on Amazon says he found it and installed but Goodmans don't seem to know it exists.
Cheers
