Most the candidates seem to be quite boring this year, mabye except for Jadine who I think his hilarious (that birthday song and trying to make everything like the brand name eclipse) and Tre (a pain in the a**e lik Syed last year who will go for a few weeks longer so there will be more viewers but still entertaining) but what do you think? who do you want to win?

Jadine is hilarious, the birthday song was carcrash telly. I was watching through my hands. So cringey! And her obsession with the name of the team and trying to incorperate it into everything they do is hilarious. Bless her. Tre however is a complete tool.

Jadine to win!!
She's awesome lol and hilarious.

1st Week i hated Tre, on Wednesday i wished he would have smacked Rory.

He won't take Sir Alan's advice though, and he will go in a few weeks.

I think there are more personalities in there, they just haven't had a chance to come through yet. (Will I be eating my words this time next week?).

Natalie's my favourite (who, you may be asking?), but I too think it's hilarious how Jadine is so obsessed with linking everything to the brand name 'Eclipse'!

You know, some people are saying that there aren't any personalities, and some are saying that they are all personalities and not proper business people. I guess you can't please everyone lol.

I personally think we have a good mix. Nobody seems that dull so far, and there seems to be some good business people too.

I agree. I think it's a good mix.

It`s the same every year, one or two stand out from the others straight away because of their behaviour, Siara? and Paul series one, Jo and Sayed series two, this year it`s Jadine and Tre.

The others tend to stay in the background until the middle of the series at the earliest.

That and last year's cat calendar have to be in the 'best of' compilation!

It has probably been said before but I do think most of them are sh1t scared of coming forward less they get sacked. That Ifti bloke was a good example.

I hope Sir Alan makes note of this (I am sure he will).

I find Jadine pathetic.

I quite liked Geri in the first episode, but she wasn't in the second one at all! I thought she had quite a lot of personality and a nice sense of humour.

But the two that are standing out at the moment are definitely Tre and Jadine; sadly not because of their business skills though!

You can kind of guess which team are gonna lose because they are shown more. A lot of the girls weren't shown at all last week. Whereas the majority of the boys were shown a lot to try make us care about who went home.

Jadine is pathetic, I think Gerri is quite a strong character

What is with this Jadine person that she's SO obsessed with branding?

Branding only makes sense at all when there's either an existing cache to a name, or you are building a long term business. To waste time making swirls and crescent shapes in coffees, or to go off point and add "clips" into things because it sounds like "Eclipse" is the height of stupidity.

At this point I'd love to see her suggestions for the eventual task, when her team has to work with some existing product, and she tries to stick random "Eclipse" shapes or labels on someone else's existing product. It will be hilarious.

But the boys (and Jadine) were shown more in the first week (with Jadine and her Eclipse coffee branding), and they won the first task!

I reckon Adam will come out of his shell a bit more as the louder, more obnoxious contestants get voted off.

Geri did say on the You're Fired show that in her own pond she is the one who is the loud, extravert person and that it is a bit disconerting to find yourself in a group of 15 other people who are even louder and even more extravert. I suppose that the quieter extravert people will be squished in the background until the space is there for them to fill.

I like to slap Jadine several times until she gets the message to shut up when she needs to!!!

She's uncontrollable, unmanageable, & haven't a clue how to manage herself....absolutely no people skills at all!!

As a Project Manager, the first thing I'd say to the team is this.

"If we don't win this task, I am the one who is guaranteed to be in the boardroom, and potentially fired. In that situation, two of you will have to join me. If you don't want either to happen, and I certainly don't, then your priority must be to firstly ensure that we win, and secondly to ensure that you personally have nothing to be criticised for. If we can agree these priorities, and that I'm the Project Manager with the most on the line, then we have a great prospect of winning, and winning as a team. Are we agreed?"

There does seem to be a few people fading into the background, and who haven't been featured much at all. It was even mentioned on Your Fired, those flying under the radar.

Contestants 'flying under the radar' has a lot to do with how they edit the episodes and the series, though.

Lohit hasn't said a word in any of the 1-hour shows, yet SAS hasn't commented on that, unlike Tuan.
