I thought that was a brilliant episode. Two great episodes in a row, what are the chances of that then?

Indeed, great little ending their.

Hope we get to see the story some time where he meets Queen Elizabeth I

Average episode. Seemed it like it should be on CBBC. The witches were laughable.

Well there was a hint that Shakespear was more than just a simple human - didn't he say something about being like the Doctor in some ways?

And he knew all about the posibilities of travel in time and space and how he is used to being much more ntelligent/kowledgeable than those around him...

Not impressed, I'm afraid, particularly since the dreadful "sexual tension" rubbish is creeping in again

A very average episode.

I guess last week's was just too hard to follow in my book.

RTD makes a boo boo in DWC. Says Shakespeare was the first person not to be fooled by Psychic paper. I think that the guy who worked in Torchwood in Army Of Ghosts wasn't fooled either, you know Russell that episode that you wrote LOL

Definite nod towards a future episode - I don't think it's a spoiler to mention someone who has the Doctor as a 'sworn enemy' who is supposed to turn up . The question is whether the Doctor is back in Elizabethan times later on or whether QE has been taken over by 'another entity'

I did also wonder whether 'The Architect' was some sort of nod towards 'another character' as well but probably was only there to put 'us' on the right path

Overall I liked the episode - DLK was good , Christina Cole was good as the main witch , the Doc and Martha are settling in very well but a few too many lines from Shakespeare 'casually' thrown into the conversation meant that the effect was lessened by the end and his 'ode to Martha' didn't really work as it could have , also the 'Hamnet' reference was clumsy.
