I thought the master generally stole a tardis from other time lords every so often?

just wondering..
does anyone think Jack will feature in the christmas special.... ?? i know filming on torchwood has been delayed..
i really hope so...i like the show better when it has a tardis crew...and it'd give martha and jack more screen time together....plus i'd imagine it save having to do a scence where he leaves in the final episode of s3...and if jack was to leave at xmas....it'd kinda lead into torchwood for jan 2008...

hope they do somthing differnt this x-mas.....would either like a period story at christmas (e.g. the unqyuiet dead.....or christmas on new earth would be cool)

I wonder if we'll learn why Jack seemed to be acting like a lovesick teenager, going on about "My Doctor" when in Torchwood.

Hopefuly we'll get to the bottom of it and then it will be consigned to the rubbish bin and Jack will revert to the superb assistant he was in Dr Who rather than the maudlin psycho he was in Torchwood.

I got the impression that Jack had gone through a lot between being brought back to life by Rose at the end of Series One, and becoming head of Torchwood. Hence why he was so much darker. He didn't return straight to present day earth, so he could have been through many experiences, several involving the Doctor past, present and even future incarnations.

One reason Jack would be excited about seeing The Doctor again would be that he too was in the situation of out-living those he loved, as well as having an exciting Space/Time-ship that could take him on some decent adventures away from the idiots at Torchwood.

lol, thats pretty much what I sid to my mate when that scene aired. He just looked so happy.
I thnk its all just that he is so pleased to get away from the incompant mix of date-rapists, cyber-fetishists, cretins and Welsh people, who had just through ever increasing acts of total stupidity had almost destroyed the world.
Free at last!!!

I am youngun i know who te master is. He's a renegade timelord who is the doctors greatest enemey (for those of you who dont know). Like the doctor he has a TARDIS, which has a fully functional chameleon circuit.

Well first off anyone who watched torchwoo will know that the hint that Jack runs out to the tardis and hangs on is untrue. Gwen clearly hears the noise in the hub and when the rest of the team comes in she asks them if they seen Jack on their the say no.

So running out to it I DON'T THINK SO
