Be careful with this bunch of monkeys, they said they would cancel my contract so I cancelled my DD.
They hadn't cancelled the contract and it screwing my credit rating (took 6 months to sort out) and I had to pay extra cash. They will say anything to make a sale. Last edited by winstainforth : 08-04-2007 at 11:40. |

The best comparison I can make is they are like some doggy 2nd hand car salesman.
They also talk very quickly. Last edited by winstainforth : 08-04-2007 at 20:13. |

If you are going to get a phone, go direct get it from the provider's retailer, if theres any cockup it's within the same company and then you can't be thrown from pillar to post. With these stores like Phones4u and CPW you get what you pay for and thats a shit shoddy service.

They also talk very quickly. I wonder if they are set horrific targets to meet every month and that's why they go for the jugular. Recently had a similar experience at CPW, I only went in to look at the N95 and got hit with high pressure sales. They wanted to buy out my contract (£120).......but to get me to pay for the N95 on a £50 monthly contract. I can wait. |
