Gridlock? Vehicles not going anywhere?

Realism ... add 1% to my DW score. That makes 72%

Probably nothing more than RTD being a fan of "Desperate Housewives".

Looking forward to this, especially the supposed 'Classic series' mention...

I can't believe an image hasn't leaked yet. They've done a good job keeping it secret.

I would say it's less about the 'Monster' - the story is really good though.....the last 5 mins are really strong (for the acting) and I nearly wept (not felt like that since Rose left)

I think the story itself is not meant to be the most important thing about the ep (if that makes sense) it's more about setting the scene for certain other future storylines.

I liked the cat peole from New Earth, felt they had a lot of promise as a future baddie.

I did notice in the trailer the Dr pointing to a screen that was showing a 'security fotage ''scene' from New Earth and he was pointing at the tiny figures of himself and Rose standing on the 'cliff' where they landed in that episode...I think

Another Rose reference then.

It's going to happen Im afraid Tegan, but I think its all part of the storyline to make Martha snap and stand up for herself.

Personaly the Rose refrences dont bother me, they are so slight and dont take up great chunks of space in an episode, just the odd line once or twice in 45mins.

Have a heart, let the guy grieve

Trouble is it will become annoying, demean the character of Rose and spoil the actual stories. I am sure he grieved for the others he lost just not on screen. I mean he seemed to get over Adric quicker and he actually died.

there is nothing wrong with the grieving..what is tiresome is the fact they feel the need to remind us, as if we are stupid and may have forgotten the fact he is from one week to the next.
