Panasonic DVDS52 DVD Player with HDMI.
Anyone seen the DVD upscalers in action at all ??
If so what are they like ? Argos doing them for £49 for a Warlfdale one or £99 for a Panasonic one which will work well with my Viera PX60 Spec ==== Silver. Upscales to 'near' HD quality. 720p/1080i unconversion. 2 SCART sockets. Remote control requires 2 x AA batteries (supplied). Size (H)4.3, (W)43, (D)25 cm. Weight 2.1kg. |

To be perfectly honest I wouldn't waste money on cheap/budget versions. You might get a very small improvement via HDMI, but in terms of HD picture quality, not a hope. IMO - You would be better off spending the £99 on a non-scaler, one with component outputs if you can accommodate them. As the old saying goes - You get what you pay for.
