I'm glad Jadine didn't go. She was the only one who really spoke up about that hideous kissing business!

I'd actually really like a Jadine & Tre final! They seem like the only interesting two in the show at the moment.

Jadine is there for the duration - SAS likes "strong" personalities. This series is going the same way as series one - Tre is like Paul, and Jadine is like Saira. Hopefully they'll go head-to-head soon!

I am glad Jadine stayed they are all out to get her now. Naomi should have gone .. but as usual the doe eyed look and eye lash fluttering saved her so predictable

Totally agree Quincy - Sir Alan doesn't like sacking the pretty ones! I think that Jadine is becoming a bit of a 'whipping girl' and everyone is ganging up on her in a nasty way... she's mouthy, but no way is she the same as Tre!

That would be fantastic, but full of fireworks!!!

I still cant get over the fact that Jadine got so much flak in the boardroom!!! C'mon, why blame the girl for saying what shoulda and needed to be said, a crap idea that she didn't agree with albeit that she still gave 100% in my opinion.

Stating one's views on something as mediocre as a kissogram is not reason to be in the firing line and be called disruptive... And what she said about Naomi and Christina tag-teaming is so true. I mean, what kind of project manager was Naomi!!! You gotta be kidding me!!!

Also, why is it that whenever a strong black woman stands up for herself, its called being aggresive and disruptive! She had one argument that was totally blown out of proportion considering that she did have a point... I felt that Jadine was totally shot-down in the boardroom to the point that she had to tame it down!!! Look at her performance in past tasks and you can see that she has intuition and knows how to do a job well...

Yes, there's a real 'let's all pick on Jadine' feel to the 'You're Fired' show too - at least with Tre (who I personally don't like) both the pro and anti Tre views are aired, wheras at the moment the Jadine coverage is very one-sided.

Tre and Jadine may be irritating, but make for excellent television.

I'm reserving judgement on several people for now - e.g. Lohit, who has not been featured enough for one to comment.

I kinda felt that Jadine was right to slate Naomi's management style. She was awful, she didn't manage anyone AND didn't she say in the show that it was Gerri AND Christine's job to find location? Why did Christine get no flack?

The thing about criticism and complaining is that it has to be constructive to be valuable to the group, otherwise as correctly stated by one of the girls (forget who - Nat?) it just lowers morale.

Jadine was giving it the lip, but failing to come up with good ideas herself and then bitching while Naomi was out of ear shot - very bad for the group dynamics. When they were trying to sort things out together as a group - off she goes again. The women this time have been doing good because they worked well as a team and were 'sticking together'. Jadine has broken down their advantage against the boys. The girls closed ranks, but Gerri didn't use Jadine getting so much flak to her advantage. Naomi's tactics played well there, pity they weren't as good as in the task!

Tre - someone get a counter on him swearing PLEASE - how unprofessional, does anyone really want him working for them? "I think I've got nothing to learn" pffff. You certainly don't need to learn how to swear obsessively.

Kiss-o-gram idea stunk, but so did any other idea put forward, so you can only judge the decision made based on the alternatives avaliable.

About the clip at the end... I think they had the voice and images out of sync!

Christine got no flak because the other dimwits all decided to gang up on Jadine... Geri was only picked because Naomi had to pick someone else and Geri was the obvious choice seeing as everyone else voiced their opinions regarding location...

One thing that still gets me though is the way that they seem to forget the reason why the task was lost and make it all personal. This task was lost because of poor management decisions. There was nothing that Geri could have realistically done with regards to picking a location when the project was aimed at kids in school. Erm.. DUH!!!

The reason they lost this task was Naomi and her crap leadership skills!!!

They did, on You're Fired - the grand total was 13!

I'm glad Gerri went. Puts in little work, and then tries to blame the PM, just like the 1st week, and I saw she tried to brand around the word "weak" again at the PM. She was put in charge of locations and didnt get one good one all day. Happy to see her go.

And that Adam, what a stooge! Every five minutes he was calling Tre, "Tre ,Tre, Tre, they're doing this...they're doing that..." And his constant negativity, and when asked if he had a better idea all he could do was bitch about the one they had. I'd have sent him home if he was on my team, best to work the day one man down than have him around.

Also, I love it when a contesant says everyone else is threatened by them (Jadine). So deluded.

Another great show.

But I'm still finding it hard to come to terms with the fact that some of the candiates have actually worked in business. They just seem so unprepared for unfamiliar situations and lack complete imagination and common sense!!!! Face painting on a weekday. Gardening in Richmond where most households have gardeners / cleaners / nannies.

Constructive criticism can only be applied when there is something constructive to be criticised. Otherwise, when a decision is plain crap, it doesn't mean that it should be free from criticism. Jadine voiced her opinions once in the street regarding Naomi's management style and the second time regarding the Kissogram. If you look back at the show, you'll notice that when Geri etc where in the car and Naomi suggested they wash cars at night, the other girls all giggled and made a face, yet, Jadine was the one picked out for bad behaviour!!!


A team only works well when there is a good idea to work with. If they all stuck together and lost, they would have found someone else to blame. At the end of the day, the show is not really about teamwork but about ensuring that one is not in the losing team to ensure one does not pay a trip to the boardroom. In order to do so, when one sees an idea going to pots, take note and say something as opposed to going along with it. If the girls can appreciate the strenght of Jadine's intuition, they stand a chance to benefit from her!

I think Jadine just undermines any team leader on the basis that its the team leader who usually gets it.

Remember the team leader is always called to account but only 2 of the others..

Not completely true. There was a guy in the final four of last season, forget his name, who never was in the boardroom and that was the main reason he was fired as Sir Alan had never seen him. It's much better in the long run to go in a couple of times, but of course not so many as your seen as a weak link.

Its a like a horse race..you keep up with leaders but don't take the lead until they fall away. Some candidates, profiles are so low they are almost underground..

SAS's comment to Naomi about seeing something in her reminded me a bit of his attitude to Michelle who messed up as project manager in the Top Shop task. I was surprised to see Gerri leave but didn't like her attitude on the programme - a bit passive- aggressive.

Is it me or are the tasks and participants quite boring this year. I was hooked on the programme last year but this year I find that I am doing other things and just waiting for the firing.

Totally untrue... Be a strong player and stand out and it makes no difference if one has never been in the boardroom!!! The people in the finale all have a chance to stand up for themselves and state the reasons why they should be the next apprentice. If one doesn't go in the boardroom, that is something that could definitely be played up to their advantage.

In the instance that you are referring to, the guy was pretty weak and had flown under the radar by being in the winning team and not because he did anything spectacular.

Generally, the key is to be a strong player and a strong leader as well as being very vocal... Getting any job generally requires researching said employer, something most of the ***** in this show don't seem to do. Sir Alan wants someone who has personality and not just business acumen. He likes people who are vocal which doesnt always mean thats the best skill to have but thats his style!

tre was awesome tonight, made a lot of sense and did what was right, he also had a great team

the girls were shocking, first all the bitching then the prostituting, selling themselves showed they were clueless

I agree that guy wasnt that good, but one of the contributing factors for his firing was that Sir Alan himself said he'd never seen him, so had no idea of the guy, and when one of the interviewrs basically said he was crap, he had to go with that.

The point is, avoiding the board room completely wont win you the job. You get no face time with Sir Alan, you cant point out the stuff you did well, he cant get a mental image of you. But go in too many times, you get seen as a weak link and will be fired.

She and Tre both marked themselves out from the beginning for their inability to work with people in a team.
She was switched back from the boys' team this week, I think because of alleged rows and even threats of violence involving Tre, from what I've read. No sooner is she back in the girls' team than she is agitating and complaining about her team leader and seemly objecting to everything. She is not constructive and that might have something to do with why she is seen as disruptive and a nightmare to manage and to work with. So is Tre. I think it was Miranda was fired in the first series for not respecting but undermining the team leader. Why does Jadine get away with it? (And Tre for that matter.)
