Jadine should have gone imo. She is disruptive, lowers morale with her constant bitching and is very loud and aggressive. Im all for strong women, but her overbearing attitude stinks. She didnt stop whinging yet when she was team leader she shouted down anyone who didnt listen to her and made very bad decisions.

Guessed that Geri would go when they made a thing at the start of the show about her choosing the wrong location in the task on week 1 and when she was in the boardroom it was a forgone conclusion.

Siralan could have picked any of the three to go and they couldnt really complain.

The decision tonight was made on the basis that it was the last thing the viewers expected, so it made a good shocking end.

It was nothing to do with Geri's performance. Face painting is a business that makes money at festivals and tourist spots at the weekends or on holidays. There is no way on earth Geri could have found a good location for them to make money at it midweek when all the kids are at school.

And that Naomi came across as a right sneaky liar in the boardroom.

Are you kidding me!!! Dont state opinions as facts! Where did u read that??? And basing ur opinions on the reasn why she was switched, what was the reason why the other girl was switched then? Don't tell me, was it to accomodate the fact that Jadine was switched! C'mon, the switch was made to make the game a bit more level playing... something that happens everytime that a team has too much of an advantage figure-wise!!!

“ I think it was Miranda was fired in the first series for not respecting but undermining the team leader. Why does Jadine get away with it? (And Tre for that matter)”

Undermining a team leader is different from stating opinions regarding a task. Undermining would be not doing as you were told like Katie and the other guy did as regards Tre in tonight's episode. Jadine voiced her opinions regarding what was becoming a Christine & Naomi events that was going belly-up and also regarding the farce that was the Kissogram!!! Point out to me what she did exactly that was undermining!!! The fact that the other girls didn't like her style in voicing her opinions is not a slur on her. Like Geri rightly said, too much focus was placed on the personal dynamics of the group as opposed to how effective they worked in being successful at the task they had to perform...

The Apprentice this year is really getting interesting. First, it is about time the girls started bitching, with Jadine's return, romance with Katie and Paul (like Helen and Paul), plus very dirty business too, and the 2 chatterboxes.

Personally, I think Jadine shouldn't be scolded and hated so much, when people don't understand that she is used to acting like this, and so it is good she wasn't fired. Gerri shouldn't have for entertainment value. But Naomi is a weak person, only listening to her "trusted" friend Kristina.
But what annoyed me the most was that the whole "kiss for £1" idea was all trailed as its only business". Prostetution is, but they wouldn't do that to get the most profit.

I'm sad Gerri went. She didn't do particularly well on the last task, but I thought she carried herself well and had a lot of potential.

Naomi came across as weak, but she tried her best. She was pushed into the job against her will, and the rest of the girls were very quick to stick the knife into her as soon as things started to go wrong. I'm glad she stayed because I did feel sorry for her.

Jadine was a bit disruptive, but I noticed Ghazzal and Kristina sniping about Naomi in the car too, yet it was only Jadine who got pulled up for it in the boardroom. Hmm...

Exactly what I noticed. Kristina is so two-faced now, with Naomi being able to "trust" her the most, and her "friend" bitching about her, and telling Jadine to shut up in such a rude way in front of Sir Alan, and everyone accepting it.

I have read your post again and once again question the source regarding what you stated about the reason Jadine was moved back to the girls team? Also, my opinion about making the game more level is a well known fact regarding the apprentice. If a team loses too many people, they shake it up! The fact that it was done this early on had to do with it being a TV show and it just made it that much entertaining. This is FACT and not OPINION!!! Even SAS said it hinself that he wanted to shake things up a bit!!!

She was reluctant to do it because as she said, she knew the attitude she would get from some of the people and just like Rory at his wits' end last week with trying to manage Tre, she found it very difficult on account of the attitude of certain members of the group, in particular Jadine. When doing an artificial task under a short deadline and in such a pressurised artificial environment, they really have to pull together and if they don't, thinking and ideas suffer, management suffers, organisation, decision-making and morale go out the window and it's a shambles.

Do you think there actually might be violence or even a huge bust up in there?

WHY DO PPL INSIST ON BLAMING OTHERS FOR POOR MANAGEMENT SKILLS!?!?!?!

If you have ppl in ur group who are disruptive, assign them a task whereby they wont get in the way and get the job done! Period! Quit moaning about it!!!

Rory last week was a tosser and the less said about him the better. I mean, take off your jackets when brainstorming and ill keep mine on as the leader!!! Give me a break!!! Whats that all about!?!?!

The true test of a leader is someone willing to step up and deal with the crap that comes with the J-O-B!!!

Now Mr. Tre, who i dont care much for, impressed me this week. Man took initiative and controlled the wayward ***** in his group like a good leader should!

Naomi was a crap leader/PM [GIVEN]
Rory was a crap leader/PM [GIVEN]

Read around the forums - it was posted about on this or another forum.

Your opinion is exactly that - not a fact. See what you are doing there?

Do you think he was going to go on TV and announce that he was moving Jadine because somebody had allegedly threatened violence?

The fact that nothing was mentioned about a swtich in the team indicates something funny was up which they didn't want the public to know about. If it was a natural reason they would have stated it, surely.

And GET NAOMI out!!! She was dreadful and a complete hypocrit - I won't do kissing due to my principles then kissing every guy in sight for a couple of quid.

Allegedly there already were threats of it from one of the hotheads. Notice the swearing and bad temper tonight? So much for Sugar's promising a better selection process this year.

What I can't understrand that none of the girls team couldn't see the mistake in choosing facepainting during the day while schools were in session. And then having the cheek to charge £5 a go. A real no brainer. And as for their night time effort OMG.

They deserved to lose and Namoi should have gone if she is stupid enough to believe she has a best friend in Kristina. There will be when she finds out to late she is a back stabbing bossy madam. I hope they show her the clip of K bitching about her when she does go.

Are you Jadine? (Or perhaps Tre, juging by the language and shouting.)

True. I also found it fishy that there was a swap like that. Usually there is a "corporate shuffle", but in this case there wasn't. I just hope this doesn't turn into Big Brother 3, or even worse Big Brother 5 (which I was hoping that The Apprentice wouldn't turn into).

All of this Jadine switching business is getting boring now... The nature of the game means a switch will be iminent at some point! To try and think of reasons why its done to diminish someone's character is just plain nonsense and i wont even attempt to dignify with any more response regarding the matter. It a game show based on business ideals and when a business goes wrong, assess the reasons why and dont attempt to use personal reasons or ur like or dislike for a person as an excuse!

As regarding being Jadine, i love the girl but trust me, i'd hate to be her!!!

As for Tre, no love is lost there!!! i respect his business acumen although it is questionable in some ways but have no respect for him as a character!!!

So that makes it OK to act like a complete t**t, does it, because she's USED to it. Perhaps she might consider getting UNused to it, and trying to rejoin the human race?

Whoopsey! What I meant to say was she was just brought up like this, so if she was fired, she would still be the person she was then, so now that Sir Alan has told her off, I hope Jadine uses his advice.

It wasn't a good idea at all. From what we saw, and we don't see everything of course, there seemed to be a lack of ideas, thinking and problem solving. They seemed in a state of paralysis. Maybe that was the effect of conflict in the group. It's a killer of ideas, actually. It was the same in the boys' team last week. I didn't think the gardening idea was that good either because people in Richmond might already have gardeners. However, it turned out to be good enough to win.

Now you are making allegations that someone is making things up to diminish someone's character. Who's character would that be? And who are you to tell people on here what to do?

Agreed - the role of conflict is played down, but in a group with such time restrictions it plays a huge part.
