Thnanks for the constructive viewpoints Brangdon and i do take note of the points you've raised! However, regarding the argument, i still think Jadine wasnt as disruptive as they made out but the points you made remain valid!

To be honest, I was surprised at the amount of flack Jadine got in the boardroom. No one seemed to realise that the reason why they lost wasn't because of Jadine's back-biting or Geri's failure with finding location, it was the actual idea itself and the really bad management. Naomi was spectacularly bad! She wasn't able to make decisions on her own and coudn't resolve conflicts and allowed Christina (who she foolishly trusts) o take the lead). I don't really understand why no one saw the obvious flaw in having a face painting business on aweekday when most children are in school for a couple of hours, thereby missing your market. And don't get me started on that horrible kissogram business.

Naomi should have been so fired. I couldn't believe Sir Alan allowed himself to be swayed by a pretty face. She just looked so blank and clueless in the boardroom, and putting all the blame on one person (Jadine)- terrible!

The argument about whether Jadine was moved due to threats of violence could be irrelevant. What if it wasn't Jadine they wanted to move away from the boys, but Katie that they needed to be with the boys? Isn't it possible that the producers wanted some footage for the 'romance' storyline?

All that aside, I think Gerri made a couple of fair points as she was leaving:
take someone into the boardroom who has been there before, and give someone a task that they've failed at before. That is quite a good combination if you want to cover your back as PM. Naomi should have gone.

I thought Naomi should have been fired too. Jadine is certainly argumentative, a bit like a female Tre, but I can't see that she made the task fail. I was surprised that he fired Geri. Naomi should count herelf lucky, SAS obviously has a preference for cool blondes.

I think Jerry had it coming after week one, when she clearly failed to find a decent location. As soon as Sir Alan heard there was a location problem with her again, that was it. I'm not surprised she was fired. As for saying you're a slow burner, that's the last thing he wants to hear.

Jadine has had her cards marked by all three of them now, she better tread real careful next week or she'll be out first chance Sir Alan gets. Its fine to state your opinion, but there are tactful ways to do it that don't undermine the team leader.

Naomi could have done better but she had Jadine to deal with and that was enough distraction for anyone. She kept her cool though and I don't think she did deserve to get fired in this instance. If I were her though, I'd take care not to be leader again for a bit and make sure my part in the next tasks cannot be blamed for any failure overall.

As you say the last thing a team leader needs is someone not very bright like Jadine sniping at everything anyone does.

This is a very odd group of contestants. They have several who have confidence in inverse proportion to their brainpower. We have already lost two who didn't really wnt to compete. There has been a general lack of ideas all around. None of the wins were particularly impressive or would have been wins against a an oponent who hadn't done even worse. Jadine and Tre wonon performances that were very weak and would have left them in the taxi if they hadn't been up against worse ideas. About the only two good ideas so far have been the one not to try and sell chic doggie wear to a cheap multiple pet store and whoever's idea it was to come up with the doggie closet in 15 minutes - which was at least reasonable given the time available.

I thought that was quite smart of Naomi actually. She had Gerri as back up fall guy from the start.

My twopenneth, for what it's worth - I think Naomi and Jadine both stayed because of the friction between them. It is a reality tele show which needs to keep people watching by other means than the results of a phone vote, and conflict and romance seem to be the preferred ways to do this. The previous week, the girls team had been a cohesive, supportive group (not good in tele terms) getting on with each other and the task. Jadine and Tre seem to be the 2 people that everyone watching the show knows and can name, rather than ooh, the other posh one - thingy - so Jadine was added to the girls to stir things up a bit.

Also I think, there comes a time when the loosing PM - as bad as they may be - has to remain unfired as it does get very predictable - all the last 3 loosing PM's had gone.

That has to be the worst decision by Mr Hermesetas since he fired Miranda in series 1. The location issue was a red herring when the paint face idea was so poor considering the children were at school. Short of gatecrashing a school class, Gerri really couldn't have done much else. 'Daddy's girl' Naomi was completely out of her depth & showed no leadership qualities irrespective of Jadine's constant interruptions.
Adam, Ghazal & Natalie also seem clueless & I'm amazed how they passed all the auditions etc to get on the show. Have they been telling a few 'porkies'? I've come across a few Sophies in my time - academically brilliant but not much common sense.
I note the comparison between Tre & Jadine. However whilst Jadine is destructive in her criticism & puts none of her own ideas forward, Tre is usually correct in what he says albeit in an aggressive & confrontational manner.
Katie is the strongest woman contestant but her romance with Paul may affect her chance of winning. Simon is playing the best game at the moment & it will be interesting to see how he performs as a leader.

Naomi was appalling as a leader. Does anyone else think that part of being the show is that some of the contestants simply don't have the right... look? Roly poly Gerri out, slimline professional looking Naomi in...

I also think Jadine took WAAAY too much flak in the boardroom, but I couldn't understand, when asked to defend herself, she kept barking on about "wanting to learn", instead of focussing on Naomi's inability to lead and make decisions.

Sorry if this has already been discussed further back - but do you need to have things like licences to set up a shop on the pavement?

And do the contestants have any kind of identity (apart from the camera crew, I guess ) to say why they are knocking on peoples doors and asking to dead head a few roses. I would have thought that a random person standing on the door step saying 'we are in the area and in buisness for one day and would like to trim your edges' would make the alarm bells of 'casing the joint' start to ring. If so, how much of the business they actually get is down to the show 'The Apprentice' rather than their excellent business skills?

When AS tells them they've got Richmond or Islington (as in the coffee task) to work in, my assumption is that's because it's where he has arranged some kind of licence for them for the day with the local council.
Re the casual 'knockers' who offer to do odd jobs, I can't speak for Richmond, but where I live in the equally leafy though less posh London borough of Havering, you do get the odd knock on the door. I've never taken any of these offers up, but some people do.

I totally agree with this. You'd think AS would have learned after last year's Michelle disaster. Having said that, I think Gerri would still be there if she'd said from the off that no amount of clever location finding would unearth kids that were all at school (actually, face painting is more popular among pre-schoolers, but I think AS would have bought it as the schools observation was his point).

She should also have gone in hard about how it was a lack of ideas and leadership that had resulted in them virtually prostituting themselves around the streets for what turned out to be a humiliatingly small amount of money. If she'd kept banging on down that route - with Jadine's support - I think AS would have been forced to fire Naomi. Naomi would have been unable to defend herself and she'd already admitted that the "kissograms" were extremely tacky.

Naomi is so weak, and I hated the way Sir Alan tried to make this week as "unpredictable" as possible. Plus, double standards! Last year, in Week 1, the girls won the task but SAS held them back from winning, because of sex appeal that they were using.
But, in this series, he just airbrushed it, didn't seem too bothered about it, and let all the girls attack Jadine, leaving her defenceless.
Gerri should have stayed, and Naomi knew what she was doing when she put the blame on Gerri for location again, because she was in the boardroom 2 weeks ago because of location.

Well what exactly has Gerri done successfully?

Well, what could Gerri do in that task? The whole idea was a downfall, not the location! Besides, according to most of the group, Gerri wasn't even in charge of location, but Naomi used that just in case she would get fired.

I believe Gerri said she was in charge of it, but she didn't accept that she had asked to be in charge. As Naomi made it sound like she wanted to be in charge of location.

There was an obvious mistake Gerri made. She should have found out when the schools let their children out so they could be there set up and knew when they had to go, rather than dilly dallying around until it was too late.

On the radio Gerri said a simple error made things worse, she knew a rugby club in Richmond had a large creche but went to the wrong one.

Which really, was a stupid point for Gerri to argue because regardless of whether she asked to be in charge of locations or was assigned the responsibility, she was in charge of that, and messed it up by not finding one good location all day.

I hope we see a double firing next week, so that both Naomi and Kristina get the boot.

i think he went with geri in the end because shes been up for firing before about the same problem in the first task

how long is she going to keep saying but i didnt want to do it-you make the best of what task youre given and she didnt

jadine is a handful but i think is more proactive than tre

he said he was a good manager when all he was doing was swearing at everyone


and why katie didnt speak up about him in the boardroom i'll never know she just stood there and smiled saying he was a great manager

Kristina getting fired - unlikely. She's one of the strongest candidates, fiery but not off the rails like Tre and Nadine. Just the sort of candidate SAS likes...
