What a final!!! It would be on par with Ali vs Liston.

Sir Alan: "So Tre why do you think you are the one for my job?"

Tre: "Cause she won't do the f*cking job properly, f*cking imbecile"

Oh god it'd be awful.

Great if you want to turn the programme into a travesty.

They're both arrogant, and neither of them is very good. They've failed to understand that aggression is all very well if it's backed up by ability. Neither of them has shown very much ability, IMO, can't stand them.

I totally agree. Neither of them have any redeeming qualities and I for one, would hate to have either of them as my boss.

Karen Brady (I think that's her surname) a genuinely successful business woman who appeared on 'You're Hired' with that ghastly Jo said that the aggressive, dictatorial leadership style is rubbish. It's all about empowering people by working together and playing to their strengths to be on the winning team so no-one gets fired.

But that style of leadership wouldn't make good TV - so I guess it's a Tre vs Jadine final then.

At the very least both will get to the final 4 and one of them will be the 'bad guy' in the grand final.

It's still early in the series. I agree that they have bad qualities and are too arrogant, but perhaps they will learn something from the experience and get better.
I do think they seem to have have more ideas and put in more effort than some of the other candidaes. I also believe that, if you see another team member, including your leader, making what you genuinely believe is a mistake, you have a duty to mention it. I have no respect for the quiet ones who mutely follow, safe in the knowledge that if it all goes wrong they probably won't be called into the board room, and if they are, they can say they were just following orders. If AS pays one of these characters £100,000 he's a mug.

Not a chance of it happening. Sir Alan wants someone decent to work for him. He screwed up by hiring Michelle who had never done much in the tasks. This year, he's more likely to make the obvious choice.

Sir Alan doesn't want a leader. He wants someone to carry out his instructions and do it well.

Jadine????..not in a million years....Sugar would rather go bankrupt than have that aggressive 2 faced all mouth & no substance woman in front of him as a "finalist" IMO.

Tre - emotional but I think that's more of passion & determination to get on with the job...... def a doer. So an Apprentice material .....why not.

what is 2 faced about Jadine/ did you miss the scene in the street when she let Naomi know her true feelings (and wouldn't shut up)

If you don't like the character that is one thing but dont make stuff up

It would be an absolute nightmare and I would have to feel sorry for the multi-millionaire who would have to employ one of the two cretinous excuses who both believe they are immeasurably better than they actually.

You choose to highlight the one occasion that she has been upfront but what about everything that she has said behind people's backs?

What about the things that she has said every week when waiting to see who has been fired, only to then smile and clap when the person who she has just said slagged off walks into the room?

The saddest thing is that as she clearly has (at least) two faces, why doesn't she wear a better looking one and not that clown mask?

Basically, that is what her problems come down to - resentment and bitterness. No looks, no personality and, most importantly, no class. Sir Alan will overlook a lot but lack of social awareness and respect, he will not. He wasn't born with a silver spoon in his mouth but has never lacked class and the knowledge of how to treat people.

They have both been team leader and got the job done, Jadine needs to stop thinking shes always right and Tre to listen more, if they learn they could well make the final. It's too easy for Alan to sack either of them because of the loudness as there are several other who are not as capable.

Did you conveniently miss the bit when she stated that there was a female comradery and they must all feel threatend by her?
That is a tell tale sign of someone paranoid and slightly envious of the forged alliances. You can't really call it b!tching when u know the individual listening is much closer to the person you are b!tching about. Which word would eventually get back to hence the boardroom scene when naomi knew what jadine had been saying to other members when she wasn't even there.

And are you seriously going to say after 3-4 weeks of this program Jadine is the only one you have seen being 2 faced before the survivor steps back into the house come on

I can understand your point but I have to confess that I would definately want ring-side tickets to Tre V Jadine. I guess it depends on the your priorities. As a recruiter, no way! Neither of them are fit to be recruited as P.A. let alone a CEO's Apprentice. But as a viewer......oh yeah, bring it on!
