Jadine - female Tre?
Tre gets a lot of flack here (and rightly so I might add)
For me though, Jadine is simply his female equivalent: Argumentative, arrogant, refuses to listen, bitchy and simply impossible to work with.Thoughts? |

I hope they don't become a couple, now that would be a tempestrous relationship, the sex would probably be brilliant though.

Maybe she is - they both seem to work hard, put a huge amount of energy into projects and speak up when they have an opinion or idea.
They've both been project leaders instead of desperately trying to fly under the radar. They both have inflated egos that alienate them from other people. I think they've earned their places. It's the invisible Lohit and Natalie (who appeared briefly to have her bum touched by an old man this week), who get on my nerves.

It's a fine line between leadership and dictatorship though TBH, none of them are really setting the world on fire this year.

I think if someone had a counter on the bad language used, Tre would beat Jadine hands down. I still think that Tre is worse than Jadine when it comes to being hard to work with etc.

As time goes by, I learn that people who are vilified are often not half as bad as you expect whilst those who appear all sweetness and light are the ones you need to watch out for. Still, Tre married...rather her than me.

Last night she was seen by the other team members as organised and they wanted her for team leader so they had a positive opinion of her. I think it was Margaret who spoke up for her in the boardroom, saying that she had done well at the beginning and towards the end of the task. Can anyone recall this? I am a bit hazy about what was said. |

Just imagine if The Apprentice worked similar to Big Brother, the person who gets fired leaves down a long staircase to a huge crowd. I wonder what reception Jadine would get if she was fired this week...

I also noticed Tre actually listening to what some of his team members had to say on occasion where Nadine just shouts everyone down. |

I think Alan overlooks some of the argumentative, arrogant, feisty etc traits in some of the contestants like Jadine and saves them from the chop because underneath he sees that determination to learn and to succeed. If it was just sheer arrogance with nothing behind it, they'd be out of there. We've seen it in others before - that Italian looking bloke in series one (Paul?) who fought almost every single week for his survival in the boardroom, you had to admire his refusal to lay down and die.

I think Tre is far worse than Jadine- to me he just seems like he is impossible to work with, rude and doesn't respect anyone but him in charge, and don't get me started on the swearing and the childish name calling.
Whereas Jadine seems to be more impulsive than anything, it seemed that she really wanted to do good and win the task, but she got frustrated with the girls' lack of creativity and drive. I'm sure if Jadine's the monster they're making her out to be, we would have been shown more episodes of her bitching and being disruptive. |

Not bitching perhaps but total inability to listen to anyone else. I would HATE her as my boss! |

Both of their management techniques leave a lot to be desired. Shouting, constant swearing and the 'in your face' intimidating behaviour does not make good management material.
A good leader is someone who leads by example, a creative individual, who is enthusiastic, possesses a modicum of humility and is also someone who is able to empower their team in order to maximise on results. These lot have a long way to go before they are anywhere near that benchmark. |
