I used to be on Orange, but the customer service was so bad, and the thing on Orange 150 that says how many minutes are left, never ever worked – well it worked about one week every couple of months. So I moved to Vodafone who have very good customer service. Now, though I am looking at the sim only pay monthly deals Orange are offering and they are very good value, so I am thinking of going back to Orange.
Have Orange improved over the last six months? Or does it still take about an hour on hold to get through to customer service?
Is o2 customer service better (they have some quite good sim only pay monthly deals too)?
