have just remembered none of us have done reviews on here ...sorry ....there's quite a few members of Lewis' site who aren't on DS so I've asked them if I can copy and paste their reports over here

I'm copying and pasting my review over ...it's a bit long and there will be bits that will probably only be understood by site members but it's the easiest way of doing it

SAT DEC 20th

Let's start at the very beginning ..

December 20th started with the alarm going off ....semi awake I thought ..I'm going to see Lewis today ...first though there was the matter of having my hair done ...Dave taking 3 of the dogs down to the breeder ..getting back to meet me ...sorting out the other 2 dogs and finding time to have a bite to eat

We left home about 3pm and had a really good journey up ....being used to travelling to York several times a year to see Alistair Griffin the trip to bath seemed like a 5 minute journey

We used the sat nav and found a car park where we thought the theatre might be ....having parked up while Dave was paying for the ticket (why do men always refuse to ask for help on directions )..I wound the window down and asked a family if they knew where the theatre was "Are you going to see JATB "they said ...and they told me we'd chosen the best car park as the theatre was just round the corner ...Had a txt from Tracie to say we'd missed Lewis but that was ok as we knew we'd see him properly later

We trudged off to find a bite to eat but everything was so busy we gave up and bought a pasty

Having eaten our pasty we met up with Tracie and co. and Rosemary ...it was great seeing everyone and it was hugs all round (just practising for later )

I saw Aranka taking a photo of one of the photos out side the theatre so I went and stood behind her and said something like "I've heard he's quite good !!!!" ...she turned round and there were hugs again ...nana Jean and granddad were there together with Lewis' sister

Soon it was time to go in ...interestingly there was noone checking tickets ...finding our seats ...there was a swap around so Rosemary Tracie and I could sit by each other .....might as well put the noisy ones together (thought Dave )

(I've missed a bit out ...I knew I should have written this out first ...everyone back track to where we were with Tracie and Rosemary before seeing Aranka )

We were standing outside the stage door when Lewis appeared coming across the road ...a big smile "Hello Judy " he said which was followed by a hug and a kiss

(back to the theatre ...how could I have missed that bit out )

JATB started and when Lewis appeared on stage for the first time there was a loud cheer

...the acting was good ...the dancing was great and one thing that stands out is Lewis' diction ...you could hear every word when he talks

It was funny seeing the story all being acted out ...after our production on site ...I felt I knew Daisy the cow (or Pat as we called her) ...so every time anything happened to her Tracie and Rosemary looked at me and we usually ended up laughing ...won't say anything about the show in case it ruins it for anyone that is going ...I'm sure we all will do full reviews non the 25th when it is the last performance

Lewis was brilliant ...I've always wanted to see him dance so although there wasn't a lot ...what i saw I was happy with ...all to soon it had finished to a lot of clapping and cheering

We all went round to the stage door afterwards where the cast members were coming out ...Colin Baker was lovely ..stopping and signing autographs for everyone ...but Lewis was who we all wanted to see ....when he came out it was lovely as he signed everything ...had photos and chatted

Then it was time for everyone to go ...again it was hugs all round and saying bye to everyone

It was a great night ...when we finally got back to the car ...it was a bit eerie as it was very dark so we quickly got in set the sat nav up and drove off .....we didn't get home till about 2.30

It was a brilliant night and it was lovely seeing Aranka and the family again ...they have every right to be proud of Lewis as he is such an all round performer with a lovely personality to go with it

Can't wait for Boxing Day now

I popped in to see it on Monday - late lunch break but don't tell work The office is near enough that I could pop back to work during the interval though

Only 2 or 3 years ago panto in Bath was really dire - truly awful - but the improvement was immeasurable. Admittedly I'd only chosen panto over sale shopping because the shops were heaving and it was bitterly cold, but it was a really strong cast and I can honestly say I enjoyed it

Going again next Friday with the children and again on the 25th

Lovely review Judy thanks for copying it over here, makes me want to go now though You saw Lewis in C & B didn't you he did a fair bit of dancing there glad you had such a great time

yes he did ...but he seemed a lot more relaxed here I think ...and the first number ...I LOVE

I've got permission from several site members who don't come on here to put their reviews up as well so I'll spread them out a bit .....there not actual reviews though as we are all trying not to give too much away for the people who haven't gone yet

What can i say Fantastic brilliant exceptional. my mom is deaf in her right ear now. and she did join in.
My moms review " Interesting, amusing, relevant to our times, funny.
Acting , singing all good. timing all good. she was also impressed by the costumes." she said she would go again if she was further back and maybe not sat next door to me.

I can't give much away for those who have yet to see it.
But it was filled with laughter. the dieffiently got the audience involved and the acting was top notch. oh and Lewis did say Barth correctly Smiley

Colin baker came out and my mom pushed me forward to get an autograph he goes so whats your name then Rosemary i replied. he goes are you a flower i was like nooooo. he then asked my mom she goes in someways diffiently. he was really nice he was in a bit of a rush but he took the time to sign everyones autographs.
what can i say the left the best till last. at about 10 o'clock he finally made his way out the stage door to have the few of that were left scream. he signed everyones program and had pictures with them my comment was i'm diffeiently have that done.... i said it a little to loud.he then finally came to Charisse and i.
He signed our programmes and when he was signing mine he goes " have i seen you somewhere before" i looked at him absolutely amazed and then i had to answer i was like.. " yes london Joseph." he smiled... and then asked for a piccie with him. wow... he does smell nice.... got a piccie which i'm having problems uploading at the moment so either i'll edit it in a mo or put a pic up later....
When he had finally rounded the corner we screamed.
( theres some info i have left out because i think Charisse and Amy should get a chance.)



....there are more to come but at the moment we're still not giving away too much about the show .....yet

What can i say!

UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AMAZING, EXCELLENT, ENTERTAINING, FUNNY!!!!! IT WAS FANTASTIC!!!

got on the train at 10.20 for the 3 and a half hour train trek down there! changed trains 4 times was impatient all they way lol

got there at 1.30! went round ba(r)th and looked round the shops and i was really fascinated with the buildings lol!

finally got 2 the theatre had a drink and waited again even more impatiently to be let in ! Was finally let in at around 20 to 7! i won't say much about the actual performance because i don't want to spoil it for others going but i will say it was exceptional!

after the performance i went with Rosemary round to the stage door! we waited very very impatiently for the man himself to appear! all the other actors came out and the little girls from the dance school came out and we all clapped and cheered for them because they were brilliant to and so professional!

while we was waiting it chucked it down with rain and i got absolutely soaked lol never mind i didn't care! at about 10ish Lewis came out! he signed every1s programmes and had photos with them, then finally it was mine and Rosemary's turn! i asked him if he would sign my programme and he said of course who's it to and i said Charisse and before he could say anything i said do u want me 2 spell it and he laughed and goes please. so i spelled it then i had my piccie taken with him although i'm soaked in the photo lol.

then he signed Rosemary's programme for her and she also had her picture taken with him! we both said thank you and he said your welcome see you later. we walked up the road literally next 2 Lewis and then when he got round the corner me and Rosemary just screamed and both went OH MY GOD lol I'm sure he must have heard we defently screamed loud enough lol but overall was absolutely brilliant! FANTASTIC!!!!!!!!

Just thoght id pop into say, went to see the panto in bath before christmas, (got free tickets through friends work) and your boy did good! lol. was a great night out and he played the part really well.

Went to see Lewis in panto on Sunday, and really enjoyed it The cast obviously had a ball during their last show, and am sure the audience did too

Lovely to see so many of his fans there hope we all do it again somewhere soon

it was good wasn't it ...it was the best performance by far including the back flip from Lewis ...hadn't seen that one before ...just waiting for a few ok's then I'll put a link up so anyone can read the reviews

The back flip took me back to the Dream On concert can't believe that was almost a year ago

what has lewis been upto recently does anybody know

sorry ...haven't kept you up to date ...the main thing is the episode in Myths where he played the main character ...it was on BBC2 a few weeks ago ...basically it is 6 individual episodes of updated Greek myths ...he played Narcissus in "The Love of Narcissus"

Unfortunately I got a text from the family saying everyone had missed it as the BBC never actually confirm when the episode will be screened and they then started it 10 mins early anyway ...thanks to iplayer we all caught up with it there

I promise I'll keep everyone up to date on here as soon as I hear anything

Thought I would resurrect this thread in case there are Lewis fans out there who don't know that he's currently down to the final 8 in the search for the next Troy Bolton in High School Musical 2 Live on Stage!!!

Watch GMTV!!! The final 3 will be chosen this week and then it's down to the public to vote!!!

I'm really excited! I have everything crossed! This time he's gonna get it, I just know!

this is so exciting ...this is a role which is perfect for him ...if it all works out and he gets to the final 3 one of us will put his voting telephone number up so that if anyone would like to they can give him a vote or two ...I know how much Lewis and everyone involved would greatly appreciate it
