I have just realised who the mild mannered Alan and Margaret (think that's their names) remind me of:

George and Anthea from Men Behaving Badly!

Isn't it George and Margaret?

If so that makes the connection even more valid!

Alan and Margaret? Do you mean Alan's two people who report back to him about the tasks?

If so, they are Margaret and Nick.

Mild mannered?
Nick is quite cutting e.g. "Are you a slow starter Gerri?"

They can both be rather scathing. However, perhaps they do appear rather quiet and mild mannered most of the time, especially when seen next to the boardroom rottweiler.

Have you never got anyone's name wrong?
Do you know everyone's name on every programme you watch?
And where did I say I was a fan?
And would it not be possible for two people with the same name to appear on the same show?

I think Nick and Margaret are going to "raise their profile" in this year's show as they seem to say so much more than they ever did in the previous 2 series. I hate Nick's permanent scowl and find myself wishing my favourites would be followed by Margaret who seems much more approachable.
