Jadine. Tre is a rude,vulgur, nasty man. I'm quite good at holding my temper but with him i think i would do something...
Difficult choice - on balance I would have to say Jadine. She talks some rubbish, but she grew on me in episode 3. She just needs to work on her diplomacy skills!
Between a rock and a hard place. I noticed that Tre was very satisfied with his performance last week and said he thought be had "nothing to learn as a project manager". Boy will those words come back to haunt him.

They are both complete pains but Tre is clever and he does have some good ideas and I don't think Jadine does really.

I'd say Tre.
I have the feeling he could be a good teamleader and leave you to do your thing once he is convinced that you're up to it.
I feel Jadine would be breathing down my neck and micro-managing me all the way....horrible...

Definitely Tre! Jadine's too arguementative. I bet when noone else is around to argue with, Jadine argues with herself.
I'd say Tre. Jadine is simply abysmally aggressive and as someone else said, I get the impression she would micro-manage her staff.
Tre is an arse but I suspect that underneath all the bluster he would actually be a lot more reasonable than Jadine - which isn't saying much I know

I think i would rather work with Jadine than Tre, but I would much rather work FOR Tre than Jadine. Tre just wants to win and has fairly good ideas when manager; while Jadine wants too much control as manager and she seems to obsess over irrelevant details... Simon will win though...
