I wouldn't recommend vodafone at all. I just got my Vodafone Branded (Silver) K750i unlocked and unbranded because Vodafone changed the way the free weekends work, used to be 7:30pm Friday - Midnight Sunday now its Midnight Friday - Midnight Sunday and they've limited the free weekend calls. So im now on O2 Online Pay & Go (one of the free text sims you can get from the free sim offers they do on the net)

Weird logic u use!!! Ok Vodafone have moved to goal posts regarding Free Weekends, BUT, a £5 spend per week still gets u 240 sat/sun xnet mins over the month. Plus u can have Stop the clock which means even if you exceed the Free Weekend xnet call limit, xnet calls only cost 30p for 60 minutes!!! So how is O2 better?????

No 3p texts are part of the text appeal tariff not a bold on thing.

Dunno why you want to change to vodafone they are crap. You already get 3p texts and could get free evening and weekend texts if you ordered another pay as you go sim free from the T-Mobile website..

Do they still brand the phones loads?

Rock solid signal and connectivity, but a bit more expensive. If you're not that bothered about signal, then maybe you will get a better deal from T-mob, 3, Orange etc..

No I'm not joking, I do think it's a bit sill to give an example of 1 location though. We're talking in general not in your back room or wherever.

Not particularly, mainly different icons for the menu.

I just got a Vodafone branded K800i, the only difference i can see is the icons and a few vodafone specific menu items e.g bookmarks n links to music, games etc.

Vodafone are one of the worst for call connectivity and signal strength. After being with them for 12 months and driving across two counties I can confirm this!

O2 without doubt the best network for coverage.

T-mobile I would say is OK, definately better than Vodafone.

I left Orange for Vodafone, and before that I had phones on both O2 and T-Mobile. As I travel throughout the Country and Europe alot I needed a network that would not let me down in the way Orange did (amd Orane's crappy customer service).

So, I've been on Vodafone now for over a year and a half, and I have renewed my contract as I am so impressed. Signal quality is about perfect everywhere I go (even through the Welsh valleys), value for money on my contract is awesome and I never spend over £25 a month (200mins+Stop The Clock+Vodafone Passport+250 Texts - usually use over 1000 mins) and as I said, Customer Service is excellent.

I have been on Vodafone for 8years and have always been happy with their service. Where I live it is the only reliable signal anyway so dont have much of a choice. I would reccomend them asI have had many trouble free years with them
