Stoned Love was great.
It's probably my favorite next to Baby Love and Honey Boy |

the supremes were just a part of the great music that was all over the place in the sixties....and when i say just i'm not decrying them far from it ...they were great
i love lots of their songs: come see about me love is here and now you're gone in and out of love back in my arms again as well as the more familiar ones that charted higher |

It's no surprise that Charlene Spiteri from "Texas" are heavily influenced by the supremes too.
I bought their "Hush" album years ago and when I first heard their song "Day After Day" It reminded me of something I heard years before, Only I couldn't think and today It came back to me. It's from "Everything's good about you" by none other than the Supremes. Such a brilliant underrated song. |
