hi guys and gals if i remove everything off my computer and then connect my ipod to it will my tunes transfer from my ipod onto my computer and be like they were originally?

No. You can't move music from an ipod to a PC/Mac without a piece of crack software. Errr... umm... check your PM.

Depends. I've managed to restore my PC, and then plug my iPod in and everything was fine. iTunes will not let you copy music (apart from purchased songs) back to you PC.

just back up all your tracks to disk then restore them after you have reinstalled itunes.

Loads of people don't seem to do itunes back-ups and I don't understand why, it saves time, hassle and money

For video, you can use Video to iPod Converter, this software embeds a free iPod Copy Manager, it can help you copy video and movie back to computer, here is a guide about it
