I have been with voadfone for years, I wanted to upgrade to N95, told it was a naff phone and a 7390 was better. 7390 = total naffness, hardly any features and no easy menu systems

So using 14 day cool off, phoned vodafone and they would only offer N95 for over £200. Shoddy way to treat an old customer imo

So, I'm going to cancel and move on

Have looked at orange and like the panther tariff, any views anyone?

Or thoughts on other networks please

You want my honest opinion?

The N95 is a naff phone, it has not real benefit other than it's built in GPS which people are making a song and dance about. The phone is chunky, it feels cheap and flimsy. The slide function isn't spring loaded so you get the impression you are going to break it.

Now the E65 is a totally different story, beautiful to look at, relatively slim, nice to hold and has the features you have come to expect on a symbian based phone. Like the N95 it has built in Wi-Fi, I work with phone and if am honest I try putting people off buying the N95, it's an overpriced phone with relatively few benefits.

i have the n95 and mine doesn't feel cheap and flimsy, you certainly dont feel like your going to break the slide??? i would say that while it isnt slim it isnt exactly chunky.

3 of my work colleagues have the n95 also and 2 are very happy and the 3rds was a dodgy one, the slide was wobbly etc but o2 swapped it out for a different one which is fine.

i am also on the £45 panther tariff and its very good i would recommend that tariff with premier cust services who answer very very quickly and insurance!

i must admit though, the gps isnt the best in the world, nice feature but more a gimmick, 5 megapixel camera though and the video recording is very very good! i hook mine up to my tv and its good quality!

my 2 pence worth

Best coverage for me has been Three, but the customer service is poor - off shore call centre, can't answer a question that isn't on the script.

I would love to go to T-Mobile because of their web'n'walk tariff but can't get a good signal.

Looking through the posts everyone has a gripe about one network or another.

I suggest you compare the Panther tariff to what others are offering and decide then.

It always depends on the offers you can get and what you mostly use your phone for. I Love bein on T-Mobile , i love the network i mostly use my phone for texting and i get my texts for 3p to any network and staff always seem nice aswell when you ring for help.

I can't agree more. As a deaf user T-Mobile is perfect as I also get 3p texts in the day then free texts in the evening and weekends. Plus the 20% back on top ups and the £1 a day internet access.

For me personally no other network can even come close too that its absolutely perfect for me.

O2 is the best by a mile, my friend is on pay as you go and she gets a partial refund on all the calls and texts every month!
