yes I was wondering that too - why isn't there a 'live' show on bbc 3 that we can check into like they did on Fame Academy - I'd love that - but I would never do any work (not that I do much anyway)! Has to be a Lee and Daniel final - pure bliss

I am sure everyone is replying to you now but thanks for letting us know he reads the comments. He has an excellent voice and is one of two favourites to win this as far as a lot of people are concerned - I hope he gets a gritty song this week (though I thought he did Mcfly very well!) he certainly has what it takes to be Joseph - I would pay for a ticket to see him in that role for sure.

Have to say the beeb have really missed chances to get more ratings over Joseph.

My main gripe is that with all their cable channels, they never repeat the show and would it really kill them to give us as least one update show in the middle of the week. I know we have the podcasts and video's but i want more damnit!!!

And speaking of the podcast, i clicked on the download and then promptly forgot all about it till it popped up on my screen about 15 mins later!

I think we will all be on the edge of our seats to hear their song choices, although apparently Craigs choice has already been decided, (in his appreciation thread, cant remember it at the mo ).

At the risk of sounding like a complete pc newbie, is there a way to download the songs on his myspace onto a mp3 player?. I have to go get my son from nursery now and just cant bear not listening to his songs for a whole 30 minutes!

LOL, that song will stay with us forever . I didnt watch the Maria show so i didnt realise she had released a cd. I really hope Daniel does release something like that. Every time i get into one of his tunes, it changes to the next one.

ADWD has truly come at the wrong time... I have papers to write, but am way too distracted by this thread and Daniel's video diaries at the moment!

Hi everyone! I've just spent a very enjoyable lunch hour reading all your posts for Daniel. It is great to find that there are so many genuine people out there who admire Daniel Boys as much as I do.

I wanted to follow up on what someone has mentioned before about the songs all the Josephs sing. I strongly feel that they should be singing songs from musicals and not pop songs. Whilst I am not knocking them, these songs were never written for a true stage performance involving acting and even dancing. Did anyone see the series last year called "Musicality", where it held similar auditions for four people to star for one night in Chicago? I really enjoyed that programme as a) the hopefulls all sang songs from the musicals and b) the judges were all very supportive and gave lots of constructive criticism without playing up for the cameras.
I think the all-round skills needed for the Josephs could well be the reason why the BBC is sticking with pop songs - it would make the two horse race of Daniel and Lee even more obvious, and the rest would be left long behind.

I can't give enough praise to Daniel who made "It's all about you" into a song which sounded like it belonged in a musical!!! the twinkle in his eye and oozing charisma transformed the song in every way possible.

The BBC forums are also very limited. I left a comment about Daniel and it has been repeated three times in different articles about him when I only wrote it once! Surely they could put other's comments in? We all deserve a say!
