As someone lucky enough to see Daniel perform, albeit only one song, live on stage and rehearse another two songs, I can only agree with you.
Daniel was not only the best singer and the most charismatic personality, which could have won him any other talent show on TV these days, but was the most convincing performer which should have won him this series. But as I've said, Joseph is a lightweight musical and Daniel can do and has done so much better.

I haven't posted in this thread before, but I've been a Daniel fan from the beginning of the show. He's always been my favourite by a mile, and I honestly thought he would make it to the final (easily, if I'm honest). I was more than shocked when I found out he was in the bottom two, then I couldn't believe it when Graham said he had polled the lowest vote from the public of them all.
I just couldn't see how that was possible, and I still don't. I genuinely thought ALW would save him over Lewis, especially as he did an amazing job in the sing-off, yet he didn't...?? Something just doesn't seem right about it IMO. It's such a shame for Daniel, there's no way he deserved to go tonight.
I wish him all the best for the future, as I'm sure this won't be the last we'll hear of him.

Well we'll still be around i'm sure, but my heart just wont be in it anymore. I'm so glad i didnt book the tickets now. Losing out to Lee would have been fine, but not any of the others
The BBC never puts up my postings but I guess there might be children reading that stuff and most of what I've said tonight has been highly unsuitable as I've been throwing around words like moron, pillock, conspiracy, f***king idiot, worst decision in the history of reality TV.
