Hope you found his clips Angelica. I had a problem getting the player to work because the first time i click on his myspace, the player doesnt load and theres just a big empty space where it should be.

I have to refresh the page and then the player pops up. Dunno why it doesnt load for me, but refreshing the page always makes it appear for me

I'm very much looking forward to that , and next Saturday i'm gonna have both video's programmed to record the show as well as my V+ and relying on teleport.

I understand the need to keep the program exciting and since it is running for a further 4 weeks or so, but come on. To pick on someone because the say "thank you", basic good manners. When was good manners a problem. I think they have missed out a wee thing.

ACTING, Daniel can play any part, the parts they have been giving him in the past have not been very strong or arrogant characters and now knowing the standard of the Judging, if he had played any of the past characters with gusto, he would have been blasted for it. Dammed if you do dammed if you dont.

Im sure Daniel is experienced enough to ride through the bad advice he might be being given and do what he knows best. I heard that the vocal coach's boyfriend was caught playing around, maybe thats why she was in such an abusive mood.

I think the next to go will be Rob, Lewis is just a shadow of his old self, he looks good, but he does not have the vocal range to cope on the West End.

First time I heard the passion that Daniel sung his first song with, I went all goose pimply, that feeling has never let me down when it comes to knowing a good singer. No one else in that competition has done that.

Another thing I have noticed is the official BBC web site has not updated its comments since Saturday night, now why might that be.

Does one think the panel are getting slated.

What I dont like about that site is they are very selective in what is allowed to be posted. For example, the comment about Chris and Daniel being cheese, but the one about Lee being rubbish has not appeared, wondering if this is selective coverage.

I also read in one of the stage articals that two of the judges have been spoken too about text their favourite Josephs, not sure if thats true, but not professional if it is.

Im dying to know what song Andrew ill pick for Daniel this week.

I think the surprise Andrew got was the charisma comment. I dont think he thought Daniel had it, and he showed he does on the night.

I agree with you about Rob probably being the next to go. I know its a terrible thing and i will probably burn in hell for saying it, but every time i see him i'm reminded of "The Count" from Sesame street . He seems out of his depth and the whole "oh i'm raw talent" is getting a little tired now.

Lewis, Craig and Ben, well i just cant see them as leading men, and although i'm warming to Keith he still just looks too young for the part.

So for me its Daniel all the way , with Lee following just behind. And i'm with you with the goosepimples on his first song.

He wasnt featured much on the previous shows and i was watching ADWD while ironing, and i remember Daniel starting to sing, looking up and thinking, omgosh!! .

I'm loving reading everyone's posts. I must say, it's GREAT to see that Daniel has SO MUCH support! I am completely obsessed, to the point where my housemates are beginning to plot my death every time I mention his name in the house. I HAVE to watch him every week and I'm actually voting for him, something I've never done before (being a student, don't really have the money to vote for TV shows).

When I first heard him sing, the hairs on the back of my neck just stood on end. I was captivated and have watched him perform on myspace and ADWD BBC website since. Youtube next I think.

Lots of people are saying All About You is a badly written song. I don't agree I'm afraid. It's a great song, but it's just not one that you would ever expect a music theatre actor to sing. Yet, Daniel managed it with a smile and gusto. I think that says a lot about his talent. He's one of a kind and if he doesn't win there will certainly be tears and tantrums in my house!!

He seems like a lovely guy, how is that a bad thing?!?! Give him a 'naughty' song. I'm dying to see that side of him...

Totally agree. Thought he did a fantastic job with a very bad songchoice yet again. I really wish he would start getting better songs though as I am fed up with him facing such an uphill struggle on this show. He is definitely the best singer and I thought his Performance was the best of the night despite the appalling song.

Although Lewis is my favourite (it's pretty obvious ) Daniel has overtaken the rest to clinch second place! He's lovely, and I'm suprised I didn't notice his personality as well as his talent much earlier in the competition!

Daniel was the dark horse, very unassuming, quiet doesnt need to be loud or flirt with the panel. He let's his voice and performance do the talking for him. Lee has been his only real competition, however Lee never got any really vocally challenging songs. He did on Saturday and he was average, but not rubbish though. But his health is not coping and with that type of feedback on Saturday his stress levels will be through the roof. Daniel has produced very week, is mentally solid and a true professional, Lord Webber is not stupid man, he wont risk his reputation on a maybe.

I think Zoe let Daniel down , she should have stood up for him live on the show and not let the other two dish him like that. More so since she is aware of how good a performer her is. I have never in my life heard a "platter of cheese". It makes me wonder about the panel.

Lewis has lost all confidence now, thats the panels fault, it will be very hard for this young guy to pick himself up in the short time he has. On saying that, his vocal range is very limited, he does good pop songs, but thats about it.

Lee's vocals - which I though would have been better, are not. He puts over a good love ballad, but his voice cracks on anything a little harder. Plus his mental stability/health is not coping. He had a lip blister a fortnight ago - sign of stress. This is not a good at this late stage.

Daniel will act/adopt an arrogant or naughty stance for the next song. Hope the pick him decent song this time, he certainly has been given the worst choices so far.

I totally agree. Daniel really outshines them all. I posted on another thread that I saw him understudy as the mad Parson Nathainiel in WOTW dress rehearsal when Russell Watson was ill. He really was excellent..sung and acted wonderfully in a role which was vocally demanding. He had to learn all the male roles..he really seemed a true professional. We got to meet him later, and found him to be such a lovely unassuming bloke.. He is as lovely as he seems..What you see is what you get. I very much hope he gets to play Joseph, as not only does he desrve it, but the show deserves someone as good as him. Daniel gets my vote every time.

I am a Lee fan first but Daniel is a very very close second and certainly is Lee's biggest rival - also he seems such a nice guy - I pray those two are in the final - it would be riveting watching.

Yes you are right IMO rosieee. I do think Daniel and Lee are the best. There are some good competitors there as well, but think the others do need more help and more time. Keith I think in particular has a great voice and we ought to see more of that young man in time!

I agree that Lee does have a good voice for ballads, and he can go for what ALW calls the money note. However, he can't keep it consitant which was proven on Saturday. His throat started giving him problems 3 weeks into this. We need more than just good looks to keep people at the West End in their seats.

I think Keith might be the shocker in this, not for the Joseph role but certainly a maybe for the final.

The body language between Daniel and ALW was interesting. It's a sign to say they are on the same wave length when they mirror image like that. I watch Daniel glance at John and Denise when ALW was telling him that in his opinion he was good and did have chrisma, there is a side to Daniel that if brought out would rock that place.

Mr nice guy could be Mr super sexy. Maybe thats what Daniel means when he said "on stage I turn into Superman" Just a thought.

I wish I could buy some CD's about Daniel.
